What happened to Hawthorne of Ravenwood at 215? He has been ranked all year also.

Heavyweight should be wide open this year. With Benson being beaten by Seely this week, seems like he might not be the guy to beat. Yunis of Rossview is undefeated this year, and has beaten Smith. He hasn't wrestled Benson, Seely, or Chapman, but he did beat Maxwell of Briarcrest, and Hines of Cleveland. Yunis is training hard, and might be the heavyweight to beat.

I like the way WrestlingGod thinks he can determine what gets discussed on a discussion board. I've seen it numerous times where he tells everyone what can and cannot be discussed. Probably forfeiting a championship match at a tournament is worthy of discussion. It was at the tournament, so I am not quite sure why it isn't now. If the kid didn't want to wrestle because his coach was giving him a hard time, then so be it. It's not a huge deal. Cox is a very good wrestler and the Jordan/Cox match would've been a good one to watch.

Heavyweight Yusuf Yunis of Rossview dec. Dylan Maxwell of Briarcrest (ranked No. 1, D2) 4-1 at the Franklin tournament, and pinned Chase Pennycuff of siegel in the finals. 189- Lamer's (St. Benedict) win over Caldwell (Antioch) at Franklin was a nice upset also

I'm not a coach. But, I guess we will see. I would be very surprised if anyone beats Yunis this weekend.

Zach North is Rossview's 189. He should give Caldwell a run for his money. Todd is wrestling 215 this year. He is a football player, and staying heavy to play football in college. Yunis won't be beat at Heavyweight.

I've watched Dandre Morrison from Northwest wrestle at 130 at Slamfest and at a quad the week before. So, he is at 130, and looks strong and quick.

Ren Baggett-Clarksville beat Hunter Badon of Arlington at 171 at Slamfest. Sorry, don't remember the score.

Thanks for righting that... We may be on a down year this year, but our coaches aren't jerks, and neither are our boys. Our boys are working their tails off this year. Things just have been rough for them. They are going to show up Friday and give it all they have.

I don't think this is true. I know that the HC coach was at the RHS vs. CHS game, and that he talked to the RHS coaches after the game for quite some time. The HC coach had a DVD in his hand when I saw him after the game.

Ron Lambert is the head coach at Rossview. He came from PJPII most recently, but has coached at Tennessee State, Illinois State, Eastern Illinois, Southern Illinois, West Virginia Wesleyan, and Wake Forest. He also played for Wake Forest. He is a really good man. We are lucky to have him at Rossview.

Hey Anon, When you get a chance, you might as well post the playbook for Rossview, since you are posting everything else about the team.

As far as I know, no one has quit. Maybe some of the back ups, but none of the varsity quit. The new head coach is Pat Sanders. He has been the assistant coach for the last 3 years. He is ready and able to take this team. He knows the boys, and they know him well. So, it should be a seamless transition.

Coach Mick and Deadlift, thanks for the compliments on our team, but Fanofwrestling has nothing to do with the team. He is posting stuff that is totally made up. The new coach is local, and is not really new.

i honestly dont think chad stands a chance against Little 2nd round. they are both good, but Caleb can beat him. Guess that Isbell did stand a chance. 19-7 Not even close! Go Chad!
