All this young man wanted was what was best for the team, he put in his time doing all the extra training ( that no one made him do ) all the weight training ( that no one made him do ) the speed and agility training in nashville 3 times a week for 3 months ( that no one made him do ) the dedication and desire that this young man has displayed over the last couple years no program can go wrong offering this oustanding young man a scholarship, he will do all the extra things to get better without telling him to do them, if there is anyone out there that has connections to the next level, you cant go wrong with this kid, He will work for ya ! Thats a fact ! All he wants is whats best for his team, I wish there were more like him at JB, He is the definition of commitement ! Young man I will miss seeing u play, well maybe I wont, Somebody is gonna get a steal in this kid ! Good Luck to you LK and you keep your focus, u can play at the next level, head up, chin up, keep chugging young man !

I run into #44 over the wkend and all I can say is ssome folks gonna think they playing against a man, this young man has put it on, he has really put the muscle on over the off season

The Ashbanner kid from JB should be a top notch back, he fought through some early season injuries and then come the playoffs and WOW, pretty good speed and great vision, cutback moves will take you outta your shoes, I understand the young man was right back in the weight room 2 days after the championship game, seems like this young man has a great attitude and work ethic as Ive heard from several people

PASS ? Why pass when you can run the ball, DUHHH !!! I know I havent posted much this year but come on, I'm a surporter of red devils in all sports but something I have noticed as of late, why r the devils pooch kicking the ball on kickoffs all the time giving the other team the ball at the 50 with just half the field to work with and with less than 1 minute to go in the game ? maybe someone could give me an answer. is the Ashbraner kid hurt or something I know I didnt see him in the game much except on defence, wont make the mcewen game but good luck devils.

I have watched Jo Byrns play 3 games this year. They have a running back, not sure of his name, but he is #44. He is the punter, kicker, saftey and returns punts and kickoffs. He doesn't have a lot of carries but his stats are some of the best in the midstate and he is only a Junior.

That was pretty impressive win. I bet some teams in the Region are worried now! Don't think so! Enjoy the victory last night because that will be the last one you get this year!

#1 Wayne Co.- the youngsters have grown up and will take the crown this year behind the arm of T Rice, and with the mix of a hard running tb. The MTP vs WC will be for the #1 spot 10pt favorite for the wildcats, maybe one of the top contenders in the western side of the bracket come nov. #2 MTP- cant count out what walt smith has done down there, he will find something that works for a sucessful season but in the end not quiet enough 9-1 or 8-2 #3 Collinwood- if the trojans could have a little sucess making the short passes so they are no so 1 dimensional they could really stirr up some things, the platooning thing I dont think is gonna work, the trojans will give some scares this fall though #4 Huntland & Moore co pretty even a toss up imo the rest will fight it out THATS JUST MY TAKE ON THINGS good luck to all

AT SOME OF THE GAMES THIS YEAR I HEARD THAT THE STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM IS NONEXISTENT, LOOK WHAT THESE PAST THREE YEARS TEAMS COULDVE ACHIEVED IF THEY WOULDVE BEEN IN THERE FOR 4 YEARS, IT SEEMS THERE ARE SOME PEOPLE WILLING TO HELP, WHATS THE PROBLEM ????

I read the thread that rdmascot started and dont know why it was shut down because if you move into the school zone from another it is called a transfer and it is done every year. nothing was mentioned about recruiting in the thread. Therefore I say transfers are welcomed at any school given moved in the proper time TSSAA alots for. I will say that transfers are welcome at JB and other schools, I dont think there is a law stating that you as an American cant move somewhere and your child athlete has to stay where you moved from ! Again recruiting was not mentioned in the thread.

You are really on top of the world this morning and rightfully so but get real about playing maryville you score nothing and probably have to throw in the towel due to so many injuries. or mercy rule in the first qtr, enjoy your moments of running up the score because your time will come to be on the recieving end. as for now congrats to so pitt on a tremendous year,
