Having a pretty good year so far. The region race is really tight right now. May be another SC BB playoff game this year. I've only made it up to one game this year. Looks like I missed a heck of a game in your neck of the woods. Congrats to both teams on a hard fought game.

I'm stating the obvious here but CC's secondary will get a big test this week. Poteete's a good ball player. You flush him out of the pocket and he stays calm and fires off a good ball. I think CC can stop DC's run game but I'm not sure about the pass. Should be a good one. DC by 12.

I've always enjoyed the rivalry with Dekalb Co. whether it be the southern border rivalry or the northern border rivalry. The middle school had a good Saturday. The jamboree did what it was intended to do. It gave the kids a feel of a real game with a large crowd on hand to watch. WCMS played some good teams that should benefit the kids greatly. They opened up with a very good Gordonsville squad and the WCMS defense held them scoreless. The "O" started moving the ball pretty good as time ran out. If the dirty uniforms are any indication, it looks like all the kids got some significant playing time. I also heard some good comments from other schools about the number of fans that WCMS had in attendance.
