I have read about as much as i can stand to read without posting.The jasper players are not tested and dont really know if they can handle a very good team. Ok i give them they had an off night against Central and lost but all other teams have not been blowouts ex cluding sale creek and lookout valley whitwell was not easy dunlap not easy grundy not easy bledsoe was close. I think emotions willl keep jasper in it for awhile but the mighty pirates keep the sreak alive score prediction later

JollyRoger loves this idea TLL. I would love to be the special ref. for this match. I think a last man standing match would be better. This may have to be considered a handicap match since the LadySquaw would be in this match. But Geno would be the last man standing for the Pirates no doubt. He just like a webel! Wow, I am surprised to see this thread started so soon. Just like this thread starting up early the game will be over early also. The mighty Pirates by as many as they want! Game 1 of our Journey to back to back championships. I can't wait for jasper to come to the house of pain!

TTP what kind of shape is the feeder program in? I know there is a couple of age groups that played pretty well in the past. I think the current middle school talent actually beat Scottsboro one year in their Championship bowl. Didn't the middle school program get some new coaches last year. Is that the problem? You should know football is just like "House Foundations" A program can only be as strong as its foundation. I hope Jasper resolves their issues soon! I think they can if they can come together. I don't post often but I couldn't resist on this thread. Wow issues!!!!!

How did Marion's offense look? Did they throw the ball alot?

I think expanding to Alabama is a good idea! I would like keeping up with North Jackson, Scottsboro and some of the other north Alabama schools.

This was a pretty good start for SP. Continue to work hard Pirates!

Wow, the combined record for Seq. and Jasper last year was 4 & 17. Thats really making some noise. S.P. is hands down the program in the Valley! Also, I think Boyd and Tyner will agian battle for 1 and 2. I think bledsoe is a solid 3 spot.

With all the talent the Pirates have returning, They should have another great year! I am looking forward to watching them play Tyner and Boyd.
