Well, I apologize, saw the score on Prep Extra that it was 3-0 with West winning. Obviously, there was a misprint on there, but then again there have been misprints on all these sites, not to mention alot of people with some arrogant attitudes. Oh yeah transam you never have attitude....I remember you and easttnref having alot of interesting conversations the last couple years....with plenty of arrogance. Whatever, you are not worth the time!

Okay so I was off by 2 goals, West 3 Sevier Co 0; If I thought West had a potent offense like Hardin Valley, Bearden or Farragut or Oak Ridge, I would have predicted 9-0. But bear in mind I am not a West fan so it wasn't a fan of the team predicting the score. Seen both of them play, congrats to Sevier Co for keeping it close.

I second that, thought them and CAK were the most consistant all weekend at playing quality soccer.

Seen both play, West not the West of past, but still have great keeper, and some very good Club Players, so Sevier County, well will be a tough game for them. My Prediction is West 5-0

I think someone might have wanted to look at the entire scores from this weekend at the Bearden Tournament before making a top 25. Nut I am very thankful you haven't listed my daughter's team yet, as it looks like some of your Top 25 had a bulls eye on them, lol.

Re: Karns vs. Cleveland game, was a prime example of a game where Center Ref lost control of game. For the record, my daughter plays for a different school, so no dog in it, but if the kids are going to have to answer to school system for excessive or any Red Cards, there needs to be some accountability when Refs lose control of a game. There were some opportunities for serious injuries due to this.

Good one Big, lol, personally I think unless you are leaving your starters in the whole time, and not giving your reserves an opportunity to play and get some experience, then it is up to the other team to stop you. It is not AYSO, it is competitive, unless ofcourse you are just trying to let an All State Player run up her goals scored totals. I would Congratulate the Coach and the team for using their reserves, and still playing the game competitively.

Powell's Kicker is only a Sophmore, but was 4 for 4 on extra points, 1 of 2 on Field Goals (the one that missed went over right upright of goal post). He had an effective onside kick, recovered by a teammate, and all but 1 kickoff at or near the 5 yard line. Guess that is not to bad for his first Varsity football game.

No I will give credit to the Assistant Coach, and any Coach that really cares about his or her players, and knows something about the game. Note, it could have been alot worse if it wasn't for the Assistant Coach, and she will make a great Head Coach somewhere in the near future. She really kept the girls focus in line, when alot of them were ready to give up on High School Soccer.

By no means was this due to the Coach, these girls have gotten better due to the Competitive Teams they play on as well as their heart, desire and willingness to work. Put their Asst Coach in Charge next year and they may go alot further. Poor line-ups and substitutions throughout the Season cost them many times.

Congratulations to West, it was a great soccer match, kinda disheartening to the Powell girls to lose it in the last 2 minutes. However, they have obviously come along way from their Freshmen year losing 7-0 to you guys. Your girls played a great game.

Yeah, very physical game, but Powell Managed to Tie game on great assist by Kim Key, and goal by Brittani Harris. If Coach uses offensive line-up he used in last 6 minutes of game he will cure our offensive woes.

Interesting, However it is not a matter of how much she is playing, she rarely come out of the game. It has nothing to do with her ability or skill, it has to do with alot of things she has no control over. I am going to Honor Big's request and not go into it on the open Forum, all I was doing was asking what the Rule is on transfering.

Was a good win for the girls, as any win always is; however Coaching and offense has not changed. Seymour should have tied us as 2-3 of the goals went right through Keepers hands. Anyone know how soon you have to move in order for Student to play next Fall at a new School?
