do you know why the tennessean doesn't have any defensive stats after the wayne county game? i guess we send the stats to them????

Well . . . MtP has to play smart . . . be hungry to win . . . and want it more than CA. A couple of our CA friends are talking some smack, and granted they have really developed their game this year, but MtP has really developed as well . . . Of course I'm going with MtP, their defense is hitting on all cylinders and we have also developed some really nice depth. GO TIGERS!!!!!!!!!!!!

whoa . . . mtp is ranked 2nd and ca is 1 in the region . . . this is like reverso land . . . i certainly think it is just taking some time to adjust to the no huddle offense and being a qb down. good news is our defense held the line fairly well against those 2a teams, even though they ended in loses. totally my opinion but i think it is good to start out hard against 2a's, even if it did not end in a W, at least we showed that we can hang. we do have a couple of young ones starting and it is good to see them stepping up and getting the job done. good to have some of the injured back in the game and good to see what we have up and coming . . . THANK GOODNESS THE MUSIC AND CANNON WILL BE BACK . . . . Hang on to your helmets vikings, the cannon will BOOM!!!!!!!!!!

Hey! Do you know what happened with the music and the cannon? I know we only have 4 home games but it sure pumps up the kids to have "Welcome to the Jungle" blaring and the cannon blastin after every touchdown. Shoot, it pumps me up just to play it in my truck thinking about friday night football:) Just thought ud know.

After Friday night I am not sure if I will even breathe until the cascade game is over. It seems as if we are either all there or seriously missing something. However, MTP seems to always pull it out and I hope they do again this weekend, nevertheless I may need oxygen before the game is over! /unsure.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":unsure:" border="0" alt="unsure.gif" />

Unfortunately for the dawgs MtP will dominate in this game. I hope that the young tigers get to see ALOT of playing time in this game . . . The dawgs just don't have the size, however they do have a little speed, but its no match for the tigers. I would venture to say it will be a shutout, playing in tha jungle . . . the dawgs just bring the salad to the table but the tigers are bringing the meat and potatoes!!!!!!!! haha

I think I speak for most of the tiger fans when I say it was great to see alot of the young tigers go into the game and fare ok with the Huntland first string. I hate that DB got hurt and I hope for his sake it is nothing serious. The tigers sure need him in the playoffs. It is GREAT to see that we have up and coming talent on this tiger team . . . . GO TIGERS and bring it SCOUT D!

MtP definately got beat . . . /sad.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":(" border="0" alt="sad.gif" /> it seemed as if they were just not into the game until the 4th quarter. however it seemed as if the whole stadium (except for MC) was a little flat. the crowd was flat, the players were flat, there was no enthusiasm . . . well until the 4th quarter. I do believe that the two week break was a morale breaker, i mean, they had practice but no school and i think that broke some of the cohesiveness. I hope that against Huntland they go out and act like a TEAM, play like they really like the game of football and crunch the heck out of some pads! Well I guess it depends on if the tigers can learn the proper force when tackling . . . lol, but seriously, several of the guys got pretty beat up. that game was pretty ugly. i dont think mtp will let down their guard and i dont think they will take the game lightly . . . home field advantage is huge. mtp by at least a td

ya'll need to rethink things you know that mt.pleasant is going to win but it will be close we both hate each other last year the middle school won down there and they shut the score board off within 5 seconds and put water in the diesel and threw ice at them while they were leaving so i would make the trip to see a close one but MTP WINS but not by much "knock on wood"
