I am glad you all did well in your scrimmage. I don't like the whole private vs public issue but it is there. Nothing we can do but watch on friday nights. I went to cloudland and saw what advantage private schools have over public. Thats enough on that though. I hope Grace has a great year but just know that Cloudland,Hampton, Unaka, Jellico, and Cosby has christian students. Their parents also make sacarficies as well. You have some great players that have transfered. Thats great just makes us better to play teams like Oneida who are Little bigger and faster. Like I said I hope you all have a great year. How did Unaka look last night at jamboree. I am glad Cloudland did well against Hampton. Any time you go up against coaches like JC and Mike; and are able to hold your own. You will be fine. Go Landers

Yea I know. I really think that game against Jellico has gave unaka some confidence. Thats the only thing a team needs to put up a complete game is confidence. All I know is who ever wins better be prepared for the next week.

I agree with both of you. I get consumed by the game but the bottom line is they are still kids. The way I see it is if you wouldnt call your own kids these names. Why call someone elses them. I apologize for what your neice heard for I wouldnt want my kids to hear that language either. Mike brought some good times to Roan Mountain and some people will never grow up.

I would like to see unaka win. Honestly Unaka has a good team. They turn the ball over to much though. They have a real good linebacker.

I watched Grace play at Cloudland. I dont know much about Midway. It seemed that Grace has a hard time with run defense. They have a real good passing attack and a TON of heart. I think it will be a close game. Good luck to both teams but i hope Grace pulls the upset.
