It is good to set goals but you must be realistic. I wouldn't worry too much about the undefeated part. You want to be playing your best at the end of the season not the first...a team doesn't have to be undefeated or have a great record to make it to the state tournament...

Mikki Oliver from Hampton should have been on the list without a doubt. Conference player of the year, District MVP, Region MVP and made the All tournament team at State.
