you summed it up. When I played no worries. My kids have travel and it never crossed my mine something like this could happen. No coach would expect this or be trained what to do. After the fact the ooltewah adm. and school board need to do the right thing. The wheels may not turn as fast as everyone would like too see. Prayer to all involved!!

i didn't make it to BOP and have seen seen many coaches prowling around the high schools. my point about the high schools was the quality of the coaching. and i would ad megis and mcminn central to the list of school to play for if you want to move on. athletes move to the next level from many school in the area however, you can be the level and skill of coaches at bradley, mcminn central, megis, baylor and gps.

If I wanted my kid to go DI you just named the places to be.

good point mr. bacon girls teams have been down some. bradley, mcmninn central, gps, and baylor have been the teams to beat most years. and eat hamilton just recently when out and got them a new coach so they can try and be an elite team. sounds like some sour grapes from tornado's!

What was the breakdown for the all district team? I didn't see it in any of the local papers? I know tournment team should come out tonight.

I've been to both cleveland and bradley and had to pay to park at district tournments but the popcorn was cheaper.

Haven't heard much about ChattElitie. I Know somone in Chattanooga area needs to step and form a respectable group for the kids in the area. Look at the Extreme and how many kids benefit from that. Too many clicks in boys ball. If the Steam out of ER was managened right could have had some good teams. As far as a coach recomendation the high school coach is as gooda AAU.

Schools have a population full of students possessing all the qualities you dicussed. tell them homeschooler to come on down and enjoy the total experince and maybe they could become valedictorian!!

Sorry in humble oppinion if you don't go to school there then you should not be allowed to play for a school.Putting on a jersey and playing involes more than showing up. Spirt and pride come from the total school experience. If you think your to good to be educated by the school then you must be too good to play there as well. Check out the programs at the YMCA!! Coach Moore is a great coach! What she did was her choice and i have a great respect for coach Moore! But rember last year at Lee Camp when starters were on boycot and didn't participate? THAT IS THE CRAP YOU PUT UP WITH AT CLEVELAND!!GO BEARSETTES!
