Pretty bad Farragut team? That Farragut team would beat anybody else in our area on a consistent basis. Period! You guys who play Okie Dokie High week end and week out don't have a clue. Remember when Alco came in the playoffs a few years ago? That's the kind of talent we play against when we go West. Big boy football. And when we were in the Big East conference and played all the Knoxville teams every Friday we pretty much dominated. So I've seen talent. You have a great RB and a fine program but be serious, As you go West the talent goes up. ROLL TRIBE

Who are some of the EH playmakers? Seems like last year you had a young guy who was a big recruit. D back or receiver can't remember.

OK, here's the DB speed thing again. I don't know where this is coming from but as I witnessed Friday night I'm still wondering where all this speed is because I don't see a huge difference from anybody else. I'm sure EH has got plenty of equal or faster guys. Just wait andnsee I know what speed is because I can still remember Malik Foreman, Adonis Johnson and a couple more. Now, that was speed!!!!! Our defense with the exception of the fourth quarter was horrible. I've never seen so many missed tackels. The play 22 players deal worked out this Friday but I strongly believe you have to have your best on the field at least for certain plays. Foreman is the man this year. Holt needs to play more at WR. King needs more carries. East is showing signs of being very good. Young defensive backs are struggling. And I might add very small. Dunn and Maupinn have good hands. The team is very young but if they keep getting better could be very good come playoff time. Now, let's here from the E Hamilton fans. Oh yeah, its payback time! ROLL TRIBE

Heard we got Norris and Stewart back but Ketron is still out and of course Cook is gone for the year.

Blazer, this is big boy football. This ain't the Muskett Bowl with Crockett. This game is different than what you think. I've been going to all DB games religiously for the last 18 years now and the Farragut game is always tough. They always have big guys and very good linebackers. Usually a good QB and at least one good back. They are no pushover. I never guarantee a win against the Admirals and then I won't this time. I have confidence in our players but I wouldn't be arrogant enough to say we will not have any problems with them. I would like to hear from some fof there fans on what they have and what to expect. I think a lot of people are forgetting that this Indian team is very young and don't have much experience. New QB, new RB'S and vertually a new receiving core. Youth on the line as well. Were not very big but we are pretty fast for upper East Tennessee. The defense is young at some key positions. Roller is going to a good one but he's inexperienced at the LB position. East looked OK at QB in the scrimmages but he's going to have to make decisions quicker. Foreman is the big gun at WR as long as he can catch. If Farragut has a team like last year it will be a hard game. This one is too close to call, but I will anyway. DB 27 Farragut 17 ROLL TRIBE

17-0 when I left. East got most of the reps but showed a lot of indecision when to get rid of the ball but did have some good throws. I still think Holt is the man for this year. Foreman has grown a lot and will be our biggest weapon this year. Running backs looked very slow to the hole. That's got to get better. They have to use there vision while they are running hard. Line held its own. Punter/ kicker looked good. Overall rating for today. "B"

Greenville at DB scrimmage tomorrow? What time?

I love it. DB has had to play terrible teams for the last few years and it just kills us come playoff time. Example: Sullivan Central, Volunteer, David Crockett. Schools we've had no business playing even though we've been forced to. Not nocking these schools but its extremely unfair to them and an injustice to us. Now we will constantly ever week play a team who can beat us. Just like the old Big East conference used to be. Awesome news!!!!! Roll Tribe
