Here's the thing. COach Hamm does the rankings for FREE and on his OWN time. it chews up a lot of his free time which isnt much to begin with. Anyone can start a rankings and feel free to do so. Coach Bray used to do one as well Its hard enough to do rankings when you do have extra time on your hands let alone coaching and traveling with your own high school team and if you would believe it: Having a job and Working and raising kids and being newly married ( to a wonderful woman. He sure fooled her)

December 21st Wilson Central is hosting a JV and Girls tournament. There is plenty of room for more girls to enter the tournament. if interested please email me at kramerj@wcschools.com

The National Wrestling Coaches Association is coming back to Tennessee. The Leadership Academy will be at Wilson Central High School, September 20th. We want you and your coaching staff to join us to help grow wrestling. This Leadership Academy is a modified version of the college coaches Leadership Academy we have at the NWCA Convention each year. We are not doing this to teach coaches how to teach technique. We have experienced a decrease of high school wrestling by 30,000 over the last 7 years. Come join us as we reverse the trend. When you register you will then receive an email with access to the online modules to prepare for the Leadership Academy. When you complete the modules and the onsite workshop you will receive a certificate of completion showing you have completed 13 hours of professional development. This is open to all high school and middle school coaches. Couple of things bowers did not say they were doing folk style : the issue was about the iron man tournament TNAAU is not at war we are in discussion about certain issues this tournament and the clinics are not TNAAU events More and correct Info will be put out soon

Fight night will resume at Wilson Central High school on Monday's start time 6 pm. 1st one will be Monday March 4th and will continue until next season starts Tuesdays and Thursdays : freestyle and Greco roman practices starting march 6th and will also start at 6 pm

Since we have to drive thru region 7 to get to any of the clarksville schools it would make sense putting MJ, Lebanon and WC in that region or we are even closer to region 4 schools than the clarksville area schools.
