Some of the teams making the playoffs is why we need to go back to the old way. Soddy Daisy wins 1 district game and 3 wins on a weak schedule and makes the playoffs. Wow

The only question I got is where will the pittbull kid go to college? If he is so good has he been offered? What are his grades like? Character? Is he someone you would want your daughter to date?

Based on the article on the Chattanoogan about Bradley Centrals transfer QB from Soddy Daisy is this not a blatent violation of TSSAA rules about transfering for athletic purposes? WOW

Didn't you just get a new coach? Do you expect miracles in one year. Rome wasn't built in a day. From what I understand you have a very talented young coach, does he get time to get things established with his plan. I swear high schools are getting as bad as the Colleges expecting miracles. Why get on the Backup QB that had a great game the week before yet was thrust into a backup role in a game he should have been starting and it might not have come to that. Might have been play calling at that point. From what I recall at the game it was the 4 fumbles and safety snap that put them in that position to begin with. It looked like the backup was doing a good job in bringing them back. How about supporting all of the kids if you are wearing the green.

Remind me again how many play-off games he has won? How long has he stayed at any school? I thought they were looking for someone that would stay for a long time? I think they have passed over the same applicant 5 or 6 times now from their feeder school that would stay for a long time. WOW...... Wing-T baby.... Alumni? When? There is a reason he keeps leaving places. Apparently the former coach had issues with how some funds were to be dispersed and agreed to disagree with some new state laws.

Against my better judgement I am going to lay out the facts on this incident, because i was there watching the game. There was nothing at the School where the contest was held that caused it to happen. The gym was not cleared to finish the game(that was last year at brainerd game). The fight occured after the game as the final buzzer sounded. If anything the lack of the officials stepping up and stopping some pushing going on throughout game let things get heated. As the clocked sounded a player from howard pushed a player from brainerd and the player from brainerd came back towards the player from howard, when this occured the player from howard grabbed the player from brainerd and started punching. After that happened the other players from both teams got involved as well as several players from both teams benches. The officers there and coaches responded quickly and dispersed things quickly. It was an unfortunate incident and I hate it for both teams.

You guys have won the lottery. You could not ask for a better coach or man to lead your players. Cobble knows the game and is a great motivator. You will like the product he will put out. I would love for my son to play for him again. If your players buy in to what he is doing with them they will be successful. My advice is to support him from the community, encourage the players and be positive. Rome wasn't built in a day. Like any other time there is change, there will be growing pains. They will be worth it.

Of course the Eagles are there.... From all over the greater chattanooga area just like the private schools.

At least if Signal Mtn. plays FCS it will be private against private and neither team can complain. Go Tigers

Of course it is when you have players from all over the Chattanooga and surrounding areas playing there. I saw a sign in a yard the other day Right beside Notre Dame High School that Read "home of # 2_" Go Eagles. Now maybe I am not seeing the zone correctly but that is a far cry from Signal Mtn. And don't cry Minority to Majority because Brainerd is not a feeder for Signal. (something fishy). Also heard from a reliable source that another player is passed each day leaving from somewhere along I-24 (past Mocassin Bend) headed towards Signal Mtn. Wow HUGE zone for that school. So you are right Ambassador, it is Baylor North. They should send some of those recruiters to the College ranks. They might could help Kiffin out.

FYI. I sure hope you are not a Police Officer because you are not a very good detective. As I stated previously I watched the game and not from the field so I hate to burst whatever bubble you are riding on I am not Mr. Gatewood. As far as rap music? I never heard anything that night that was questionable. But it sounds like you are someone that is jealous and trying to find anything you can to try and start something bad against the new school.

I know the coaches over there at East hamilton. and I know for a fact that there is not an eigth grader on the team at east hamilton and there are also no freshmen playing for them either. Don't underestimate the QB they have now. hard to throw when you are on your back. looked to me like they just need to shore up some blocking by the backs and get the receivers on the same page and they might do some damage in the air. I was at the game and don't know if the hurricanes would have won, however the turnover on the one and the horrible call on the fumble when they were driving it down the eagles throats cost them from keeping it close. After watching the game i will say the eagles will have some playoff success but will not win the state, if they match up with somebody with the same athletes. Their line is not that good. And it looked like you can get pressure on the QB.

Paired with a school doesn't mean you were rezoned. It means you have the OPTION to attend that school, not that you have to attend that school.

you cannot transfer to play Sports

if they played at the paired school they would not be eligible because there is not a change of residence

I have info from someone in the know. I don't think he played at Red Bank, just took some classes he didn't pass there. However Price did hire a good recruiter from Red bank. So who knows, there may have been some magic worked out.

Really? It is ethical as long as they dont film. It is how the game works. i would I magine Signals staff will Scout Hixson's Scrimmages if they can.

So I am curious as to how the TB and I dont know him personally can go to Signal from ooltewah to Red Bank ( and I think other stops along the way) and not pass any classes or maybe a couple and be eligible. I assume his going there is purely academic as is all transfers

I would be curious to know how much the Tite wad has to pay in the Buro I am guessing $5 or better for parking. Lets see him argue with that.
