Not sure of the number they interviewed but can confirm ex coach smith and Franklin assistant Webb......indy faced you smyrna in the state game when indy was in its third year of football. No one expected dyson to the promised land but I do think we expected to be fighting for a playoff berth . Dyson has had 3 years coaching , none as an offense or defense cordinator,let alone being named the A.D. to boot. Again no knock on the indy boys but with a head coach that has coached h.s a total of 5 years, with 2 of them part time what did you expect. They have been ill prepared and look confused and lost. Just because he played in the NFL does not make him a bonafide head coach. What offense style do you call it. Someone please post remaining schedule ,let's guess total number of points scored

not sure where you got you stats but official TSSAA stats BWOOD 209 total yards on the ground and they didnt use 11 backs, it was 6 ( QB included ) now, i am a WILCO fan so yes I want BHS to win this one, but i see OAKLAND by 12.... Brentwood always comes prepared to play and they are very well coached but too much OAKLAND -

Without doubt INDY has one of the toughest schedules in the mid-state and it will be another loss for the Eagles.Indy caught a break last year with MBA whom lost their starting QB the week before. Indy gave up a whopping 5.8 yds on the ground to Brentwood and for the 3rd straight week over 200 plus yards on the ground - the eagles and thier 2.7 yds per game average, cant run the ball.. the QB is and will be a good one, but the lack of running game will effect him, the cats out of the bag the coaches now INDY cant move the ball on the ground... Dyson again overmatched and overwhelmed - I have heard this and that about the defensive cord for INDY but they have not showed up at all this year....

improve they do . . . how bout the indy rushing attack a weak 2.4 yds per carry whilst allowing close to 5.2 yds per game. . . wont take long for other coaches to figure out they cant run and then thompson will be in alot of trouble (i will agree wiith you on Thompson, very good QB)

okay i am an INDY supporter but those that think DYSON is the next coming of Knute Rockne - his blunder almost blew that game last week - from tennessean The Stars lined up to punt late in the game. i am INDY fan, no one is discountin Thompson the recievers and passing attack, but if they dont have any sort of running game or cant get one going Oakland has a very talented secondary and they will sit back ....

well I will give you the big nod for coaching ( look at tennessean story IHS vs. Stars and how Dyson alomost messed it up at end of game ) anyways.....can we take anything from oakland win from what appears to be a sub par Ensworth team... 1. IHS defense, bend but dont break - - can they do this? Indy gave up tons of yards vs SHS ( 4.9 rush ) suspect Oakland has a much better running game. 2.INDY needs to be able to run the ball or else it will be a loooooong night. IHS managed a whopping 55 yds on the ground. 3. thompson time - can the IHS o line give him time to pass, the kid is gonna be a good one and some very good wideouts but if they cant run the ball and become one demensional watch out. pick 2 of the above and INDY will win - as much as i would want INDY to take it......... indy goes back on SR840 1-1
