Tonight was one of the best football games I have ever seen on the Creekbank...way to go Yellow Jackets! I can't believe there were no news crews there for two teams that haven't played in 44 years!

Well tonight turned out like I thought it would. I figured the tigers would take it to TC this year. . Every team has down\young years. Congrats to g'ville..I hope you guys can go all the way this year. If you don't then you can always come to Hartsvile to see one of our championship trophies.

Well Mighty Signal got there first championship...even though it was a give me. It is not hard for a 4a team to beat a 2a team. I am surprised they didn't start chop blocking when they were down.

I am not making excuses....SM is a very good team. I think tonight was the State Championship game. They are moving to 4A next year from what I hear. If it takes a team like SM had tonight to beat TC then we will be back in the hunt next year for sure.

Are you talking about the Friendship game last year? I will say that what happened at that game was not classy at all. It was embarrassing for TC. There are bad apples everywhere but we have never disrespected another teams field that I know of. I heard that the coach for Signal called a timeout at South Pitt with a few seconds left in the game...walked out to the middle of the field and taunted the South Pitt fans. Any truth to that?

Storming the field with excitement is what not caused the fight. It was the attempted disrespect by the mascot that caused it. He got what he deserved! You can say what you want but it is disrespectful to any team that you put a flag in the middle of their field after a win. I understand that everyone from SM was excited about the win but win with class and don't disrespect some ones house. That is "TRASHY"

Tonight was a great ballgame. Classic hard nose football. Trousdale losing number 80 really hurt us I think. As for the post game activities...you may stick that flag in other teams fields but not in Trousdale County as everyone seen tonight what will happen if you try to disrespect the Creekbank!
