Just wondering who is playing in the Super Regional this weekend in Clinton-Anderson Co? I believe there are 4 different age groups-10, 11, 13, 15. I may be wrong on the ages.

Did flight pick up the 6'4 girl from Baxter?

I am not from Dyersburg but know Coach Coffman. Im very confused after reading this. Is he still at Dyersburg or where is he at now?

Did John's wife still help him coach? I seen him coaching a boys AAU team a couple of weeks ago.

Who will take this position? I hate to see Peanut go, he was a great guy for AAU.

Who got the technical on Upperman's team?

First of all, I am a huge JC fan. Maybe this is just me and my opinion, but it seems to me that Coach Brown didn't have his team ready for some of the games that they have played. I just don't feel like he put into it this year compared to the past few years. That being said, I still think he is one of the top coaches in the State.

I'm like most everyone else on here. I don't remember any physical play like was stated. I don't even have a dog in this fight, I just went as a spectator along with some buddies. I've said it 3 times now, probably the best called game I've seen all year. I'd take those two men and that lady for any game, hands down. They have got to be three of the top officials or they wouldn't have been given that game to call.

As a fan of both team, that was a great called game. JC was fouling on purpose towards the end. That would be the only reason the fouls could've got lop sided. For all the complaining JC fans, think about how many missed shots and turnovers you guys had. That's what cost you the game. Jim Brown never Said a word to the officials because he knew nothing that was happening was their fault. If I was a coach, I would take those 3 officials any night for any game. Nicely done officials, you all did a great job.

I have to agree, this was two of the best called games I have seen called all year long. JC just didn't have it last night. I was surprised at how many turnovers they had. Ofcourse , a lot of those turnovers can be credited to Clarkrange's defense. Best of luck to both teams and two great coaches. BTW, someone said Matthew Mitchell from U of KY was at the game?

Ooops sorry, not sure why I put Macon Co. Yes, I was @ the Friendship/Gordonsville game.

I was at the game on somewhat of an assignment to scout for an upcoming game. I thought the officials did a nice job. It wasn't like it was the best played game by either team. It was actually a pretty sloppy game. I knew all of the officials and none of them were new. I believe one of the male officials worked the State Tourny last year. The lady official works women's college basketball. I have an older daughter that plays at Roane State and have seen and talked to the lady official before while officiating my daughter's game. The walk against the Macon Co. girl at the end when she was trying to call a timeout was a great call. The girl took a whole step before she even signaled for a timeout. I noticed Butch from Macon Co. didn't say a word about the call. He obviously seen it too! I'm not saying the officials were 100% but neither team was either! It was a hard fought game by both teams. I thought both teams, especially Friendship missed a lot of open layups and free-throws.. You can't expect to win a game while missing the easy shots.
