Anytime you lose a player who was All-State for 3 years and is the Mid-State player of the year....you are in rebuilding!!! Team is still very solid with good players at all positions. Should compete for the region title again this year. New head coach with Rhonda Brown. Don Lockridge is still the other coach and with these two the team should be solid..

MBA beats BA...very simple...coaching made the difference...listen to Coach Rutledge..he said " we put in some new wrinkles on offense with our tight end and we had a few changes in our defensive scheme".seemed to have worked Tom Santi was open all game and BA was frustrated on offense all night....Changes that beat BA.....BA tried the same plays they always run and MBA was ready and well coached.......

BA will win as long as they do not give up easy scores ..fumble in their own end or throw an interception for a touchdown.......wet field will benefit BA...more power football..... MBA is hot at the right time.....those type of teams can beat anyone...they are playing with more confidence....they have had way to many turnovers but if they stay hot watch out.... tyler in my opinion may be the best athelete on the BA squad.....Great feel for the game....north/south runner....great hands that can catch the ball....Big Time hitter.....nose for the football....BA needs to use him more..get him the ball in the flat and let him run.......A fun guy to watch play...give 110% each play

If they always dress in orange like they did at the state tournament ( no other coach wore their school colors around the parks) why don't they use some of the Orange money for tenn girls........my guess is they will not make the sec tournament again.....

Ben Tyree...Brentwood Blues....has always taught the girls how to win with class and to lose with class....great teacher of fundamentals..little things that help you win games...Most of my daughters skills have come from the last 6 years under Ben........

Who is are the best summer coaches that are not high school coaches? I think some summer coaches teach better fundamentals than the girls get in high school..........Let's make a list

Stats don't tell the whole story...there are girls who don't have a .490 avg but were their teams MVP...Hits with runners in scoring position...runs scored...on base %...Flawless fielding.....some teams who never really play anyone can have fat stats and then they don't get to state and then people complain because they are not on the team.......if they were that great seems the team should've been in Chattanooga......How type of team did they compile that .490 avg against???
