How can you say that Mikey should make it? What was his scoring average this year (I would guess less than 10 from the Tennessean and watching him). He is a Jr. on a 2-10 team who averages less than 10 points a game and he makes all district. HOW?????????? Especially when Little is a deserving Sr. on the same team!

I am no expert either, but I did ask someone who I respect as one involved with the tournaments and he said it was head to head then best record against the next highest ranked team. In this case (unless CC beats Shelbyville and in that case probably would not need the tie breaker) the next ranked team would be Tullahoma. CC beat them both times and I think they split with Lincoln Co. so CC would get 2nd assuming they beat Franklin County.

Coffee County won a big district 8AAA game to stake a claim to the #2 spot in the district. 4 players in double digits for 2 games in a row. Great win CC!!!!!!

The big kid is Matt Towry and he is good. They also have some great guards led by the Holeymeyer (Spelling) kid. They will be tough to handle. I did notice that Towry did not play against Marshall County, but do not know why? Anyone have any information on Towry?

Exactly!!!!! Stating your opionion on CC is fine and we all have one, but stating your opinion about a certain kid in a negative light does nothing to help CC baseball. Nothing. The bottom line at CC is that they have a great bunch of kids playing baseball. They, with Coach Jones guidance and leadership will pull it together and we as fans and parents need to, above all else, support them in that effort. I know you and I have discussed this Riddlers and it is the only thing we can do to help. We must be positive and stand behind the program!
