Eaglefan 15, I went back and looked at all my posts, I can"t find where I put down Northwest except in response to your put downs. I have no ill will toward anyone from Northwest and wish the players all the luck in the world for all their hard work in the weight room. But to reflect on Kenwood they have a record of 7-23 over the last 3 years. Like Dandy said don't toot your horn here, but on the field after week 10. Again, HAVE A GREAT DAY !!!!!!!!

Eaglefan 15, first and foremost I do not want to see 1 single coach lost in Clarksville. You made a reference to solidarity in an early post, I too am a union member at a plant that is notorist for lay-offs, strikes and lockouts in Madison, Tn. But I don't blame my Union for all the time lost. Corporate greed now runs all aspects of our lifes. Maybe, just maybe California has the right idea, recall all the dirty politicians and they might get the message. GREAT WORDS TO LIVE BY: STAND FOR SOMETHING OR YOU STAND FOR NOTHING. I noticed in Murphy Fair's book that Coach Dusty Rhodes has surfaced at Humboldt. What is the deal with this coach? It seems every year he has jumped from one end of the state to the other. Could there be some reason for this that the schools are not letting out?

Hey Gator, bad area of Nashville for not only working but driving to any point out side of Nashville. Are you going to work for U.S. Tobacco?

Gator, depending on what area of Davidson co. your employer is located, if it's northern Davidson then you might consider Sumner Co. schools. All schools in this county have excellent sports programs, education is not bad. Affordable homes can be found in White House which is right of Interstate 65. It's only a 20 minute drive to Nashville.

Hey, dandy82 what are you hearing about the Blue Devils this year? I've heard they looked great in the spring.

I agree with Opperman, Murphy has been a dedicated individual to put together over the years a great magazine. We all hit little bumps in the road. If you can't be positive about somethings, you can't be positive about anything.........

Folks let me tell you something. Coach Newsom has been an excellent coach at White House, his leadership with the kids can"t be questioned. If Dyer Co. passes on him it will be there lose.

I agree with you about White House, they have a big experienced line coming back. 2 strong arms in the quarterback position. Tailback seems to be only question mark.

What is wrong with message board? The last post on my screen shows 2:22 PM on 1/21/03. The other boards are working fine except for the football board.

Hey guys, as a young kid growing up in North Nash I saw my 1st Clinic bowl in the early sixty's. I believe Chatt Brainerd was one of the teams but can't remember the other.Everyone I've asked says I crazy. Can you help?

Hey, guys what do you think of next years team? With all the underclassmen getting so much playing time this year, and their overall size, I like their chances. With the 2 Quarterbacks they have I wish Footie would work on more passing patterns during the spring. What do you guys think?

Look for Gordon Keene of White House next year. As junior he is 6'1"-180lbs. Starting Quarterback. Stats this year are as follows: 66-95 completions, 876 yards, 12 touchdowns, with only 2 intercepts.
