i know alex fuller is an outstanding basketball player. not taking that away from her at all. but i dont believe she should be up for this years miss basketball. the reason i believe this is that of the 29 games Shelbyville has played this year she has only played in half of those. now to me miss basketball should be given to someone who has played most of the year not half a season. anyone have input into this. i am not bashing just curious.

i dont know if clark is coming back or not. though she did come off crutches really quick. she could be a fast healer who knows. just like josh helton last year came back and played when everyone thought it couldnt be done so quick. i just think mj can pull of the upset of Shelbyville even without her. they have a very good defense in my opinion. fryer and sims will fix the problem they had against central and come out with revenge on them and the rest of the class AAA. everyone is probably laughing at me but thats ok. in order to achieve your goal of becoming state champions u have to believe in your team. and i believe that mj can win state even if alysha doesnt play.

everyone one looses every now and then. Wilson Central just played a little better tonight. hat goes off to gassie. but next week it starts a new season. i gonna go ahead a mark it down mj will go to state and will give Shelbyville a run for their money. flngrvy i to agree with the surprise fryer has got up his sleeve but lets keep that on the dl and save it for next week or we can just unveil it at state.

Hendersonville will bring home the title tonight for district champions. LaVergne last night got lucky with darden and hancock in check LaVergne struggled. im not one to complain but last night the referees were terrible in the officiating. but that was the past only can move on. but i think andy will have a tremendous game and coach west will have something in store for LaVergne.

i really hope that everyone believes the wheels are falling off the wagon at Mt. Juliet. with everyone coming in sayin that they wont win district get beat in region and wont qualify for state i hope yall all keep saying that. bc sayin that makes this team that much more motivated and determined. just look what happened to LaVergne boys basketball team last year. they thougth they were gonna walk over mj last year what happened is that mj upset them in the first round of the tourney and went on to regions when 99 percent fo the people on coacht said they wouldnt make it past the first round of districts. so i know these girls. they will go as far as they want bc they can. if they want state they will go get it.

i wasnt worried about this game. first off Lebanon always plays mj tough. i dont know what it is but they always do. Lebanon in dec if u take away the first quarter Lebanon held their ground against a team that had clark. this a rivalry game stats go out the window. Lebanon came in with nothing to loose and they showed that. mj being the one to loose everything fought back and had the composure to close the game out. i sincerely believe this group of girls will get to state i know they will. IF THEY JUST BELIEVE IN THEMSELVES THEY WILL ACCOMPLISH THEIR GOAL IN RETURNING TO STATE.

i cant believe you dont have Shelbyville goin to the boro. they will kill Riverdale in the region tourney. i think central wont make it to state. they have been struggling lately. mj needs to step it up a notch. even though they are without clark they havent played their best ball yet. so they will click in district and region and will make it a second appearance in the boro. my list 1. whether or not coach dearing got messed over or not. there is nothing any of us can do about it. instead of living in the pass let the mj family move on and lets put 110% of our hearts to coach cutlip and help him in ever way possible in turnin this program in to a powerhouse. lets start working with him to help these kids grow not only into the best athletes as possible but as an good example of a good person. lets start working with the middle school and start gettin his system down there so those kids will start to learn the system in six and seventh grade. so we need for ALL of us to forget the past and stop dwelling on it and get of our bottoms and contentrate on the future of this basketball program.

i believe coach fryer is one of the best coaches if not the best coach. he has been to state i believe 4 times since taking the reins from coach martin. bout to make it a fifth with such a young team. how many coaches could have taken a team to state with the starting lineup 3 freshmen and 2 juniors last year.

im glad to hear the lady bears pulled it off last night. i was unable to attend because of a prior engagement. Even with the win last night people still dont believe mj is capable of going to state even winning it for that matter. ever since alysha went down with a season ending injury a lot of people seem like they jumped of the bandwagon. with the new four guard set mj will "surprise" a lot of teams and make it to state. and for them bringing the golden ball home it will happen. congratulations girls on a superb win last night.
