  1. I learned the leg circuit at MTSU's speed school....it's a work out without weight but it's strength and endurance training all in four excerises on is a squat with the hands on the back of the head no weigts do that 20 times then alternating lunges 20 times then a step up exercise like on the end of a chair or something just jumping and alternating feet on the edge and then a squat jump just parellel squat with a jump when you come up the leg curcuit requires no weight what so ever you are just using your body weight hope I could be of some help holla
  2. While I was on the field cookeville didn't score I don't think they did the whole scrimmage I might be wrong it was fun though holla
  3. It's a heated rivalry and there are bound to be things that go on not to some peoples liking. And yes the crowd was booing us loudly but it doens't really matter it's in the past but I did talk to one of the Spring Hill players and he said that they were intimidated by our little hype session
  4. It had nothin to do with class b/c when we were walking down the ramp the Spring Hill students and crowd was booing us so that hyped us all up we got to the back of the endzone and we didn't even know it was playing b/c everyone was yelling and stuff I couldn't even hear it but I usually have respect but it was just too loud for me but Hey Columbia won so that's all that matters holla
  5. I'd take the knee and get it done with b/c one you should be amazed that a 2A team played you that hard so you should let them lose with some class and two you take it b/c that shows that you are a coach who has no class by tryin to run up the score just b/c you are 4A and they are 2A and he thinks he's got to embarass them holla
  6. I'm not tryin to offend you boneal52 but those two guys you are talkin about aren't that hard of hitter I played both in a scrimmage to me they didn't look like they could lay that hard of a lick but Fred Sparkman is one of the hardest hitters:eek:. This past friday he sent this one guy to the hospital. The guy just runs off and pass out on the sideline so that's a hitter.
  7. Personal I think that there are some guys who can run a 4.3 or a 4.4 but I don't know about all this 4.2 stuff. My coaches you hand held timers and they always get the times a little late so guys who run like 4.7 or 4.8 may really have a 4.6. But it's not "impossible" for a HS player to have a 4.3 it's just few and very far between. There really is no point in arguing b/c speed isn't the only thing a guy could run a freakin 4 flat for all I care but if he think speed is gonna get to him to the NFL he's wrong fundamentals and heart is the most important things I think. holla
  8. It's about time for the pads to come on and it's time to hit somone else in a different color jersey for a change.
