  1. I believe it will be a very even game that will be decided by who wants it more. I personally am pulling for CAK, but in the game versus sheffield yesterday, it seemed like some of the players weren't playing with everything they had. I'm sure it will be a completely different story for state championship though. Good luck to both teams. Great job CCS, I've been saying you guys were underrated for a long time.
  2. those same refs are at the state tourny
  3. LA never said we should be able to handle sheffield easily. This was only LA fans, and other teams. We all knew it would be a very hard fought battle, which it was. Best of luck to all remaining teams.
  4. Number 2 got the red. You should be able to handle them pretty easily if your team brings their game bigG.
  5. I find it hard to believe that ppl wouldn't believe you knew what you were talking about bigG. I appreciate you believing in us (LA). best of luck in memphis, I think you guys have a great shot to take it once again. thumb
  6. I think your rankings are alot closer to accurate than eurosportscoreboard. I would move CPA up, but I haven't got to see them play this year either though. Does anybody else think they have been underrated this season? Well done reaction.
  7. FC has mastered the art of taking dives in, and around the box.
  8. I couldn't tell you why you get that feeling, because I can assure you that I play, and start for Livingston Academy. I am a certified ref, and have been re-certified on more than one occasion. I just wish other soccer players knew the rules as well. One last thing about "homecookin" the same ref called a Livingston player offsides becase he was the first person to touch the ball after if deflected off the goalie when the player took a pk, then was given a yellow card when he argued the terrible, and obviously wrong call. guy on the bucket?? I was a player on the field, I just know more than you thumb
  9. If you play soccer you should know that in a 3 man ref system the center ref always has the final say, and is not obligated to even acnowledge that the sidline ref even exists. Also if you have been to ref school, you should know that sideline refs are not suppose to EVER dispute a center refs decision, regardless of what he saw. So no matter who calls the handball first, the center ref always has the final say. How's that for "homecookin" Also, whoever says Livingston played well probobly didn't see the game. Livingston played absolutely horrible... Oh ya, the ONE person he knew in the stands was our field administrator, who he is required to know thumb
  10. As far as regionals, Livingston Academy vs Station Camp should be a good game. Those teams will probobly advance to play whoever comes out of the FRA, Hume Fogg group. Speaking of Hume Fogg, do most people think they are at a good place in the rankings? I haven't seen them play or anything this season, I was just wondering.
  11. I think region 5 has come a very long way just since I was a freshman (currently a senior) I also think Station Camp and Livingston Academy are having very good seasons and both have a good chance to make it to state if they continue their current levels of play. It's too bad they have to meet in regions, because I believe both have chances to be state calibur teams this year.
  12. oak ridge won a hard fought battle 1-0
  13. in my opinion, when you become a member of your high school's soccer team, you agree to go to all the games and practices if you can possibly help it. I missed pre-prom events one year because a game was rained out and re-scheduled, but that comes with the commitment you make to your teammates and your coach before season even starts in my opinion. So I say kick em off.
  14. You're definately right about Lenoir City being tested this weekend. I wouldn't be suprised if they came off the dobyns bennett tournament with 2 or 3 losses.
  15. Are you one of those people who sees that a team is ranked and assumes they're increidible, but still doesn't really know what's going on? Because if you had any idea what's going on you would realize that Station Camp and Livingston Academy are fairly evenly matched, and if you can't beat one, then you can't beat the other.
  16. why in the world would oneida move up a possition in the polls after losing to an unranked team?
  17. No offense Station Camp, but what happened against David Lipsomb? Didn't you guys tie them?
  18. I agree, 4 is a big number, but with all our players it would have been a different game. Station Camp managed to put one away with 5 minutes left, but LA had a shot on goal when the keeper was out that was blocked by a defender, and another that hit the post, and another that the goalie scooped off the line. All this with 10 players. We shouldn't have had a decent shot on goal if we were truely dominated. At the same time though, Station Camp did put one away, and did win the game. I look forward to when we meet again.
  19. imagine that, people from livingston say livingston will win, and people from station camp say station camp will win. Like I said, we'll find out next saturday. See you at 2:00 p.m. mm.
  20. we didn't pull from any other teams, but it still wasn't the same as the highschool team because alot of our starters couldn't play. But I guess someone of your inteligence couldn't figure that one out on your own. If you need any more help, just let me know and I'll do what I can.
  21. Ya! who do you guys think will win, because we all know the game is going to be decided by a bunch of biased station camp players on coacht t. Why don't you guys get a life instead of posting about how good you're going to be this season. I think both teams are talented, and I believe both will have very good seasons. We'll all find out who will win when they actually play each other.
  22. did kyle cannon play the whole season last year?? and if so what # was he?
  23. I believe Dekalb hit their peak last year. I don't expect them to be much of a threat to anyone this season. I'm looking forward to station camp though. I want to see if they can live up to all the hype generated by their players and friends.
  24. while springfield is by no means a bad team, i don't believe they will contend with fra. their go-to guy seemed to be 11, but they had several quick players up front with some nice touch.
