Look for JT Wash of Brentwood Academy to really step up. With a great work ethic (almost the last one to leave the weight room everyday) with that came a great improvment in strenth on bench now working out w/ 275 on 3 sets of 8 and a greatly improved squat. Clocked in at a 4.6 he will/is a true bad a**!

I think you should probably take a look around or call some local high schools known for having good weight rooms and ask them. Im sure if they are not in your division or an opponent then they wouldnt mind helping you out. Example: Brentwood Academys new weight room I also here Cleveland has a nice one too.

I have never heard of them. So your probably right to say they are not that good. Then again I could be wrong. The only other reason I replied is b/c no one else has. People that talk trash are trashy people!

Hello!!! Auri Allen??? Hummm.... Someone must not know what the heck they are talking about because Auri Allen did attend BA but, his grades were failing which forced him to leave... Then... not too long after shows up at MBA!!! I thought they were a school of high acedemic standards yet, they let a guy who failed out of BA in... Is it me or does this not make any sense.

Pat Thomas and William Mayhem from Giles County Middle School are really strong. I recently witnessed a lifting contest between these two giants are incredibly strong. This contest consisted of bench squat, and power clean. They did it all official (form ect.) Pat won the contest as he did 125 on bench and Wm. was only able to get 115. Moving on to squat Wm. won by doing 225 and Pat only lifted 185. As for power clean these kids excelled they both tied at 135. So overall these kids tied in their comp. You may think that these sound like alot but it is when your an 8th grader and weigh only 100lbs.

Scott Perkinson is a great weightroom coach for Brentwood Academy he pulled for and got all new stuff for what seems to be one of if not the best weightroom in Tn. He is a great motivator and really knows what he is talkin about!!!

Calvin and Tibbs are both back and hopefully Walter Fisher too. Sanders and Russel left a hole but it can easily be filled with the talent they have. Look for them in the playoffs!
