i heard he had a hair line fracture in his back from something that happened in the summer but if he has played with it this long i dont understand why he wouldnt the rest of the year..... i really dont see him missing anything unless he absolutely has to

I know everybody hates to lose but sometimes a loss is the best thing that can happen to a team. Losing a game like that will either bring a team together or it could tear them apart. In 2003 the team lost to Milan and it brought them to together to eventually when a state championship. This team has a lot of learning to do but if they will come to together as a team and learn from mistakes they can still take this ride along ways.......

The wing t isnt a great offense when you sit there and try to run a sweep every single play, but it is a good offense when you mix those sweeps on the outside with some I on the inside. Thats how we won in 2003 and thats how they need to win now. We have got to take advantage of our speed and get on the outside but we also need to take advantage of chris and wear down some defenses on the inside. We keep on doing what we are doing and we are going to have to look for a qb for they are going to get crocker hurt if he has to keep running for his life back there.

Until Huntingdon gets better up front its not going to matter what they have in the backfield. Crocker never had more than 2 or 3 seconds to look down field when we tried to pass either. We might have the best defense in the state but our offensive line is as bad as i have ever seen in huntingdon.

You are crazy if you think patrick willis was 6 foot 190...lol I played baseball with him when he was 16 and he was already 6'2 220.... Patrick Willis was the best high school player/linebacker i have ever seen. Donald has all the size and speed in the world but he just missing something... I dont know if hes scared hes going to get hurt or what but there is just something missing this year

when you dont get blocked the whole game your defense is going to be good... Huntingdons offensive line has to be one of the worst i have ever seen.... They have a lot of work to do

I was really impressed with Bruceton last night. They came right out of the box on their opening drive and drove all the way down to Crockets 25 yard line by using a very nice mixture of run and pass. Mckenzie also impressed me by the way they ran the ball against lexington. Last year they averaged maybe 20 yards per game on the ground but last night they got that on the first two plays. I was really impressed with Huntingdon's defense, but we have alot of work to do on the offensive side of the football. I have seen two scrimmages now and the running game has been completely mia. We have a lot of size on the offensive line but something just aint working right up there. Its really hard to tell anything without watching a film though. Obion also really impressed with and i think there game with Dresden next week will be one of the best around. I saw the obion scrimmage against huntingdon and they seem to be way up this year but when you return 18 or so starters that usually happens. Good luck to all the teams this year

I talked to chris personally last week and asked him where he was going and he said he didnt know. He said that he thought Charlie Weis was cool but he hasnt made up his mind yet, so unless things has changed since then I dont think is mind is made up. I also heard that Fulmer had heard about the rumors as well and called out the high school twice yesterday to check and make sure he had not made any commitment.

The one thing about Chris going to TN and not ND is that if Chris goes to TN he will be a superstar as soon as he gets there. Everybody in this state knows who he is and many will go watch him play. If he goes to ND he will just be another player in a state where not many people know him and not many people would drive to ND just to watch him play.

If Huntingdon's offensive and defensive lines play like they are capable of playing then nobody in the region really has a shot. But if they come out and chris has to do everything by his self then they will end up losing to milan and possibly 1 or 2 more. I used to think that backs were everything in football until i watched the huntingdon goodpasture game last year where we got completely dominated. We all know Huntingdon is always going to have the backs but the 2 years they made it to state it was because the lines got them there.

All i got to say is the 48 in front of him must be some bad dudes because i cant imagine there being 48 better players in the country...jmo

Spencer Clift is wild. He usually will walk 5 or more people per game which could put the mustangs in some bad situations today. For them to win hes going to have to have a lot more control than he has had in the past or it won't even be a game. His fastball usually runs about 83 or 84 but doesnt mean anything if he can't throw strikes.

Chris donald is the best player in the state....6'3 about 230....runs a 4.4 40.......can't really beat that

i would say that chris donald is the best running back in the state althought many people dont see him at 1

I heard that Hayes pitched 10 innings the other day against lexington and never hit below 90 in the 10th inning with a fastball....pretty impressive i would say.....

man i always thought coach will blow from huntingdon was awesome. He lead huntingdon to a district title almost every year he was here. Too bad he gave up on baseball and is only coaching football now at camden

why don't they air these games in rural west tennessee?

The biggest prospect in Tennessee would have to be Chris Donald. Has had an offer from nearly every school you could think of and is only a junior. Will be one of the top linebackers in college and is probably one of the top two best I have ever seen in HS (the other being Patrick Willis). Expect to hear big things from him in the near future. He will be a top 10 player in the nation next year. I guarantee it.

Just to let you know boo didnt win it just bc of his offense stats. In the past 3 weeks alone he had 5 ints. He was a lot better db than rb.

I expect Huntingdon to be a top 3 team in the state next year, which should compete in Murfreesboro for the title. I know its early to be sayin all of this but with what we are bringing back thats what i expect. It all is going to depend on how our lines mature and if a few younger players can step up and make some big plays. I think next year is looking pretty good. the 03 regular season game.....

Probably one of the biggest crowds ive ever seen at a hs football game was the 03 game between Milan and Huntingdon. Do yall think there will be as many for this one or will the cold weather keep alot of people away?

westtn2004state, I know your linebackers were there to take away the sweep, but my point is that it was impossible for yall to take away the sweep, the g, and the pass in the flats with one person (while also trying to play man). But I will have to say that you always made big plays on offense when it mattered (ex. before halftime of the 02 game and 03 game and the play in the semi's wasnt bad either). Thats the thing about these games, big time players step up in big time games and Huntingdon has more big time players this year. huntingdon 27 milan 14

So your going to try and stop boo and our recievers with linebackers on them...I guess that's why we threw for 3 touchdowns, and i guess yall shoulda brought the linebackers in b/c you also gave up 200 yards to a freshmen who is still there...........................
