fellas fellas fellas, i been hearing some real good talk as of lately about those pioneers. heard they had a much improved team this year and should be a suprise to most who underestimate them. just what i have heard but i have heard it in the past and they went like 0-10. lol

good post guys, you should see just how special of a player patrick really is over the next four year at ole miss.

alright folks! i hope i get to laugh at dyersburg again just like i did 2 yrs ago when everyone thought dyer co didnt have a chance. yea yea yea, we all know dyersburg won last year and you mite win this year but hey mites grows on chickens butts also.

david cutcliffe has been highly impressed with patrick. i have heard the same you have about the playing time and possible starting position by mid season. i do know that cutcliffe is highly impressed with him due to the fact of media reports in newspapers and etc. beleive me, i plan on keeping up with him throughout his career. i will have many great opportunities to see him play since im only about 2 hrs from oxford now. by the way, excellent post on the shoe filling of bonds,jordan, dale jr, and etc. its just the way the sports world goes!

no one should judge orey by what patrick did. patrick was a very special player and even a better person off the field than one can imagine. orey will be special but you just cant expect him to fill patricks shoes, that is a task that will never be done. yeah patricks records may be broken someday but that person still will never be patrick willis. im just glad i had the oppurtunity to get to know him and see the kind of person he really is. bruceton fans, support orey as much as you did patrick just dont expect those shoes to be filled.!

OK GUYS! lets get some talk going. who is really gonna win this thing??? no one really knows what to expect from dyer county with an entire new coaching staff and beleive me he will try to use this as the foundation setter. this game is much bigger than it may look. this will no doubt determine the future of football in the next few years for both of these schools. go choctaws

VG, i am debatin on which game to attend! i may go to bruceton/huntingdon or dyer co/dyersburg. if i go to bruceton i will see how orey willis is faring and will let u know if not i have many contacts up there and can find out a lil. what game are u attending????? jcm??

not sounding too good for bruceton from what yall say! im sure rod will have plenty of tricks to use but they may not be good enough.. who is gonna be the starting qb for central? hunter stepp?

how did bruceton look? im sure rod sturdivant has a few tricks up his sleeve for the upcoming season???? if you guys think it may be worth the trip i just may make it up there but i sure dont wanna see a blowout.

florida can invent gatorade but yet they cant tell the difference between a crocodile and gator. wonder what the cheerleaders will be saying? go crocs or will it be crocotors? lol

thanks for the warning, i knew he had to be a joker. dresden may have a good season but the road to the playoffs and much less to murfreesboro is a very long, tough road.

havent near as much talk about obion central as i thought i would. they return wes moore who is no doubt one of the best qb's in the state and will be a major contender for mr football this year in 3a. obion has really got what you call an ariel assualt that will be difficult to stop.

will do my best. i love nascar and sure would like to see this board get a lil more members in it

one thing is for sure, u dont replace a player like patrick willis on or off the field. i had the opportunity to get to know him personally and he is by far one of the best role models i ve ever seen in west tn football or in any sport for that matter. plan on catching a few ole miss games this year as talk is that david cutcliffe is very happy with patrick's progress so far and is rumored he may inch into the starting lineup by mid season. as for bruceton being down, yes they will be somewhat but count on rod sturdivant to have something up his sleeve, bruceton will win their region again but just not as easy. they will be alot like westview, suprising! westview is another team everyone thinks they will run over this year and i just dont see it happening maybe with the exception of milan.

bruceton did lose alot but there is another willis coming along. lol bruceton has the one thing alot of the other guys in the region dont have, tradition and the best coach (sturdivant)

i always thought that trey was the closest thing to tony delk we would ever see in west tn for years to come. this only makes u appreciate someone like tony that much more. i really hope that he learns from his mistakes and continues his stellar career somewhere. its just sad to see that someone like him being such a role model he was to younger kids do something like this. brian fisk may have never won a state championship or a mr basketball award but in my eyes he is a true role model. he would never do these crazy things cause he has priorities strait.

gotta give my vote to rod sturdivant from bruceton central and james counce of dyersburg!! sturdivant does more with less than anyone ive ever seen

they attend jackson northside high school in jackson ,tn. both will be juniors this coming up year.
