  1. Hancock has a PG that likes to take it to the hole, he is very quick and athletic. He also can shoot outside and makes most of his points by steals and getting out in the open floor. Hancock is a small but very quick team. They look to score off of turnovers. Hancock has a all around team they play 10-12 players and all of them are capable of putting points on the board.
  2. Yeah that all anyone talks about now these days is how Unaka won Class A state title. I think it was fake because they got lucky with a couple of bad calls at Hancock in the region title game(only won by seven) or they would have been headed to Rockwood and probably would have gotten beat. The only reason why Hancock did not win was because those guy were one for themselves and did not care about the team. As long as they got their points they were happy. So that is enough about the stone creek rangers. That was pure luck that you guys won. You should have not even made it to the state turnm. So enough talk let's see how good you can ball!!!!!!!!! Prove that you earned the title and it was not fake and I will respect ya"ll.

  5. Hey you gotta give it to Unaka those guys were a really well coached team and also a well balanced. Those guys worked hard for what they got.
  6. What are your guys thoughts about this years team at hancock? What do you tink they will have and how will lossing 4 seniors hurt them?Oh also congrads. to the Unaka Rangers for the State title..
  7. Did anyone see Hancock County's coach this year Clark Powers. This was the largest mistake that Hancock has made in many of years. He never coached these guys all he did was sit on the bench and worry about how bad those guys were making him look. I think Clarkie POO needs to go back and coach a team that needs no coaching cause Hancock had to much talent and to much experience to let it go to waste this year. So congrads. Hancock Boys and Clark Powers for you, go BACK HOME WHERE YOU BELONG. Oh wait a second which of the 40 schools is your home. Go Home Clark, Go home Clark!!!!!!!
  8. DO YOU THINK THAT THEY SHOULD EXPERIMENT WITH THE SHOT CLOCK IN THIS YEARS STATE TOURNAMENT FOR THE BOYS? DO YOU THINK THAT IT WOULD HELP OR HURT A TEAM? WHY WOULD IT HELP OR HURT???????????
  9. WHAT TEAMS DID YOU THINK EARLY IN THE YEAR WOULD BE IN THE BORO' IN MARCH IN ALL CLASS? COMPARE TOO THE ONES THAT ARE THERE NOW. WHAT TEAMS DID YOU EXPECT TO GO ALL THE WAY AND DID NOT? WHAT TEAMS DID NOT EXPECT TO GO ALL THE WAY BUT ARE STILL IN THE CHASE FOR A GOLD BALL?
  10. hey stop right there!!! THE TALKING STOPPED AND THE SHOW BEGAN WHEN HANCOCK SMACKED Cloudland. the only thing that was between hancock and Cloudland was fear, common sense, and air now the air is gone so what was left all you Cloudland fans.
  11. number 21 is their go to guy off the bench the kid can really fill it up from long range and the campbell kid can also these two guys are just sophmores and look to be to great player upcoming for the indians as far as the starters they depend on the three point shot their post players are big but all they are there for is rebounds and take up space the two post players don't average probably 4 or 5 points a game. Unaka tried to play a full court press but the great guards of hancock changed that very quickly.
  12. Hancock girls are in sub state with Cosby at Cosby on Sat. March 6 7:00. Also the hancock boys are in sub state and will play the winner of Cosby- Rockwood game tonight which is held at Rockwood high school at 7:30.

  14. Hancock County Will Have Home Court advantage come tournment time! They will have the district 1A at Hancock County High School in Sneedville, also they will have Region2A in Sneedville.
  15. What does everybody think about the region 1a tour. being held at hancock. Also district 2A tour. at hancock. Do you think that if it is your turn to host the region and district that it should be played at your home floor. do you think that is a atvg. or disatvg. for the rest of the schools playing in it.
  16. The hancock girls are 1-3 and the boys are 2-0 not 2-3, the boys have not been beaten. And matt collins had 10pts and10 rebs. the belcher , greene ,and collins trio shut up the cosby eagles. It does matter if kevinhall didnt dress hancock still won.

  19. Hnacock County 2000-2001 season. They had Mike Matthews UT-C, Brad Seal LMU, Rocky Nichols MMI, Aaron Seal Milligian. They finished off the season with a record of 33-2. They were ranked #1 in state for 3 1/2 months. They were beaten in the Tennessee State Tourn. by Aloca. That was the first year that Aloca went single A. The next year they went double A and never made it out of their Dist.
  20. Hancock is on the uprise. Give them time and they will show just how good they are. Just because they graduated 8 senior that doesnt mean anything.
  21. Does anyone think that Hancock will make it back to the state tournment after graduating eight senior. If not how far will they go? What teams do you think will be hard to beat? What will their record be when the season is over? Lets me know your opinion.
