Jackets didnt recruit no1. MPG thought about coming last year but backed out. This year he finaly desided to come. It was something to do with the new head coach there I think. Anywas who wouldnt want to go to a team whos got a great chance at going 10-0 and start RB from a team that might not win a game? BTW UC better watch out for big plays I can feel them coming.

Coalfields def should be great this year. Besides 1 starting freshman at CB coalfield def will have some speed and hitters. They have 3 soph LBs which all started at one point last year. There secondary will be hard to throw the ball on with Ricky Lowe,Steven Hensley,Micheal Paul Gilbert,Matt S. Look for them to be even better next year.

Coalfield vs Union County should be a good 1 to watch.

I think he touched the ball 5 times 2 running tds 1 rec td. Coalfield will be a treat in the upper play-offs with MPG at running back,Brandon Foster a huge tightend at one point a div 1 prospect. Steven Hensley a big play maker altough coming back from the broke coller bone in passing league might leave him on the sidelines some. Ricky Lowe at QB. Coalfield will be tough look Lowe and James to have a shot out Coalfield vs Greenbak for the region

I agree Coalfield vs Greenbak will be a great game. Coalfield is looking good with MPG as the new starting running back from Oakdale his first carry as a yellow jacket in the scrimm against cosby thursday I think it was 60+ yard run about 5 broken tackles. He gets outside .... Hes gone....

I think Austin will not have as good of a year as he did last year. When you have 4-5 good WRs around you it makes you look a lot better then you really are. Hes good but without those WRs I think hes worried.

Lets see what everyone thinks who will win this region. Greenbak defending their title but lost some great WRs,Midway lossing their HUGE fullbak, but will still be good. Oneida somewhat young, but looks good for them this year also. Coalfield runner up last year is looking for a great year. They lost their captain,leader and county MVP RB Daniel Norman who have the jackets got to replace him? CAK wasn't the best last year, but are are gonna be up this year and the years to come with their new coach and young RB. I think its whoever wants it more will get it.

Oneida,Coalfield are single 1s schools out in the county these 2 back some years ago would play for the regional championship everytime they played. It has not been as big in the past 5 years. Wartburg n Coalfield is a great game to watch if your gonna want to see a good game this year. Both teams have loaded skill players mostly all seniors. This is be a Huge game this year as it has been sense Ive been alive.

I think Union Co. and Coalfield will be a great match up this year. Union is 3a and Coalfield is 1a with about a 700 amount of kids in HS difference I think Coalfield will hold their ground. Rumor has it that Coalfields starting WR,FS Steven Hensley broke his coller bone playing in passing league anyone know this for a fact? If hes out Coalfield will be hurting in their defensive backfield and at WR as a Soph last year I think he immpressed me with some catches that I couldnt belive. He wasnt the main WR last year also Coalfield had Nathan Tompson a 6'4 210 WR. Look for big things outta him this year if his coller bone gets well. If hes back I think Coalfield could take this win and make a run at the region with greenbak lossing their WRs and some linemen. Oneida will be tough again this year as they alwas are. This region can almost go to anyone.

Im gonna though my 2cents in. Greenbacks #2 is a great WR very tough 1on1. Coalfields #28 is a HUGE target and has great speed but isnt very consistant at catching the ball. Coalfield also has a another WR #25 he doesnt see the ball much but ive heard he can catch and has made some great catches. CAKs TE #85 isnt so bad himself.

I have to admit greenback is good, BUT they only beat Midway 14-6 and they beat coalfield 33-0. I heard the coalfield out played greenback but 1 of coalfields DBs got burnt for all of greenbacks points. + coalfields head coach wasnt there. I wanna see coalfield and greenback go at it again in play-offs. Cloudland look out for either of these teams cause they can throw the ball well. But about the Onieda game greenback will win but not by much cause onieda has some decent DBs so 35-21

Im not sure of his name, But hes #7. When we played them he had some great runs and showed some great speed. He will be tough in the up in comin years
