Until this matter is resolved, which it will be I assure you, and my client can return to his normal trademark signature, I would suggest that you contact the moderator who instigated the problem in the first place and ask him what the signature was. By allowing him to use said signature for over six months, in the eyes of the law, http://www.coacht.com accepted said signature. By using the signature in question for the above stated time period, it can be argued that JacketPride was recognized by his signature and therefore, it can be considered a trademark which he has the right to display at his pleasure. I understand claims have been made against it, but have you investigated these claims? Are these legitimate, or are they spurred by the complainants' dislike and utter hatred of my client JacketPride. Until we reach the bottom of this issue, I have advised JacketPride to remove his trademark signature.

This week, Fairview will take on Lewis County at Fairview. How will this game turn out? Last year Fairview was only beaten by 14 points, the largest deficit they faced the entire year. With their confidence up coming off a 28-8 win over Waverly, the Jackets are sure to be ready to fight hard for a victory. Knowing that a loss to Lewis County may very well end their hopes of a playoff birth for the third year in a row, one can't help but assume that the O-Line along with QB Dusty England and RB Bobby Martin, as well as the strong D-Line will be at their best. I predict that Fairview will play their hardest of the year and beat a strong rival. Fairview 14 Lewis County 10 Oh and by the way, thumbs up to the new kicker for the Jackets. It's good to see the special teams unit at Fairview grow along with the rest of the team.

Well Best... First of all about your last post "WELL BUZZ, AS I RECALL THE "MIGHTY,MIGHTY JACKETS" WASN`T SO MIGHTY NOW WERE THEY????"... Do they teach English in Lewis County? I think you may need to enroll in some classes. Secondly, if the panthers are such a great team, and you think Fairview is obviously below the panthers, why is it that you are so concerned with the Mighty Mighty Jackets and what they do? I am now certain you hate not being able to achieve improvement. A quality which the Jackets have mastered and will now use to shutdown the bulldogs and the panthers this season.

Fairview will continue to grow in wins and team attitude this year as Coach Tommy Rewis will continue to make his boys believe in themselves, a quality some what absent before Rewis became a Yellow Jacket. Some arugue that Fairview is not as strong as some may say just because of the teams they play, but I submit to you, are Lewis County and Lorreto easy pieces of cake? I would say not... As Fairview made their first Second Round Play-Off showing since the late '70's last year, they will once again turn heads. They will fight with there kind as Brentwood and Franklin and Page and so on will fight with there kind. With the the muscle of the front line, the strike of the QB, and the legs of the new running back, Fairview will continue to go places and I will be there once again cheering them on... just not in a Yellow Jacket suit... Fairview has pulled it off again! I'm the mascot for the team and due to a recent illness, I was not able to attend tonight's game, but I just wanted to tell everyone on our team that they truly are the best Fairview has seen in years! Way to go guys! We are all proud to call ourselves Yellow Jackets! And once again, my hat goes off to Coach Tommy Rewis and the wonderful job he's done during his time in the view! Go get'em Jackets!

With 1918 yards, 244 carries, 24 touchdowns, and 154 total points, Aaron Cothran is by far the #1 choice for 2A Mr. Football Back. Not only is he certain for this title, but I wouldn't be suprised if he takes the 2A Mr. Football title with his over 70 tackles, 3 interceptions, and 3 TD passes. Cothran is ahead of anyone by at most 10 TDs and is 490 yards ahead of Bryant of Jo Byrns High. He is Mr. Football and deserves the title by far. The stats prove it, no matter who you play, the stats win out, and according to these numbers... so does Cothran.

It's true, that Fairview can't win just on the legs of Aaron, but they will fight a hard battle and go on to beat Waverly. Both Fairview and Waverly have a strong defense but being Senior Night and the events leading up to next week's game, Fairview D will have the edge. Look for Cothren to have a big night and break 2,000 yards for the season. Fairview has this one. Prediction: Fairview: 21 Waverly: 07
