Where are the good 7 on 7's and who's going?

I've heard Riverdale is changing to the spread this year. How did they look after changing?

Page is all shotgun spread. They throw the ball about 90% of the time. The quarterback is pretty good you have to pressure him or he'll pick a defense apart. Their defense is not very good and cascade should not have any trouble running the ball. Number 4 should have a big game.

What types of schemes does he like to run?

The state does not mandate when schools open as long as they get in the 180 days. They would just lose fall and spring break or have to go into June.

Are there any assistants left who would take the job? That would lessen the shock of transition.

Did you watch the game or are you going off of what you heard? Both teams were pretty evenly matched. Science Hill was held to one of their lowest scoring games of the year. Both teams missed some points in the paint. At half time Lawrence County was 8 for 32 from the floor and was only down by 6. Most of you guys said that this would be a blowout game and I bet the majority could have squeezed a diamond out of a hunk of coal in the fourth quarter. Number 44 for SH is a big time player she was a matchup problem for the lady cats. Congrats to both teams on a well played game.

Congrats to Blackman on a big win. Makes their path the sectionals much easier not to mention screwing Lawrence County. Lawrence County wins district 8AAA only to find out if they win the first round game against Oakland they will have to face Riverdale in the second round.

What are the locations for the district tournaments for 7AAA and 8AAA? And what is the location for the region 4AAA tournament?

Kids also have got to be realistic about which schools to contact. Everyone wants to play Div 1 in the SEC or ACC. If they are not contacting you by your the end of your junior year it is more than likely not going to happen. There is no shame in going to a small division 2 or 3 school or even an NAIA like Cumberland. The main thing is getting your education payed for and still playing ball. Sit down and make a list of schools and send them film. Do not make the film more than 5 or 6 minutes long. You can probably get a technology teacher at school to help piece the film together. Make sure all contact info is on the film, you can also add test scores and GPA with it. The highlight film is just going to get your name out and get schools interest. If a school is really interested they will contact your coach and get a full game film. They will use the game film to see how you really play and if you take plays off.
