This is our second year playing on the new field. Still some construction going on around the area so pardon any mess. The field itself is very nice.

I would like to see some examples of your "bragging" claims. Most of the comments made on here are in defense or retaliation for previous comments. Farragut is not treated like the red-headed step child of Bradley Co. either.

Going by the records and home feild advantage I think Walker Valley "should" win. They had better come ready to play though. Do or Die time!

I'm saying that Miegs will do like they do every post seson. Really come to life. They really came ready to play yesterday, banging out 17 hits, wow. Grundy better not look over them. Should be a good game to watch.

Walker Valley's people didn't start this thread, that would be Cleveland people, but we will defend our team by whatever means.

I guess since "Cleveland" is not on our schedule WV plays nobody HARD. Cause we all know Clevland is the only elite team around. Undefeated in Tennessee I'm sure? HA! HA!

You know Tom you brought up a pretty good point. WV does not play the level of competition that Farragut does. They don't have to. Duh, they are 2A. Assuming you may play for Loudon, we may have beat teams that beat you so I guess that may mean you are not any good either. As far as the Alcoa game goes, we threw our #6 pitcher which is a sophmore against them and I don't know how you figure they should have won.

I tell you what there Grad, I very much respect your opinions on baseball trivia, but I'm here to tell you those teams in that tourney were not bad. We saw some of the best pitching we have seen all year, bar none. It was definatly not just a walk in the park. I expect to see some of these teams advance on in post season play. Coach Turner seems to know what he is doing so we will just let him continue to do his job.

Yes it was sorta ugly. WV only had 2 errors? I'm not so sure about that. Maybe this will be a wake up call for the Mustangs. Central never quit I'll give them that. Loveday did hit a couple bombs, good for 7 of the runs, but it takes more than just offense to win. I predict a much lower scoring and closer game tonight.

I'm saying Walker Valley. Maybe closer than some are thinking though. We may have to wait a day or so because of the weather.
