I would look at LA maybe having another good season. Lost a few good players but looks like they may have a good coaching staff in place. SC will be ok, but still has a major learning curve. DC will be ok. Upperman will probably still be middle of the road with maybe an upset somewhere. York probably the same. MC somewhere in the middle or bottom. Cannon is absolutely terrible and its not the kids fault. I still say its to early to make anyone a preseason number one.
