Maybe the Texas Schools need to hire some of the Tn privates recruiters then … you really want public schools to be the bad guys while giving the Privates a free pass . You’re speaking to one of the few public guys that wouldn’t mind throwing all the schools together and I’m telling you trying to shame the public schools into playing or implying that public schools are inferior is not the way to go .

Well I’m undefeated against Privates too , but that was last century! LoL. I’m one of the ones who wouldn’t mind exactly what you suggested, just 1A - 4A , we have way too many championship trophies handed out . State Championships shouldn’t be easy , I’m proud that our Championships were against Brentwood Academy… you mention your public school background, well it’s been obvious for years now that you’re all about the private schools in Tn now . You even say it’s all up to the public schools to bend the knee to the privates because they’re tired of feeling inferior… why can’t the private schools work collectively together to reassure the rest of the State that they Are willing to do whatever it takes to unify High school Football in Tn ? People who have attacked public school football in Tn as being inferior does no good whatsoever . Getting on CoachT and telling public schools how lucky they are they don’t play the Privates or how bad they’d get beat doesn’t help anyone’s desired goal.

Unlike you , I would have no problem calling my players or my coaches out if they allowed the crap that happened in this game . A Coach who hasn’t taught his team anything about discipline and controlling your emotions should be called out . This was an issue with Bearden several times this year . If you’re clueless enough to think that Maryville fans wouldn’t be on here calling out our coaches and kids if they were throwing punches and taking cheap shots after the buzzer went off you don’t have a clue what it takes to have a championship program. It sounds like you’re either one of the coaches or someone close to one of them because if you were a long time Bearden fan you would be upset that your coaches let your team be so undisciplined and your expectations would be a lot higher than just the wins and losses

I’m coming from a perspective of I’d love for all schools to be combined, I was a member of 2 State Championship team’s that Beat Brentwood Academy back in the day … and I used to sympathize with the privates because Maryville was always accused of cheating like the privates … I assumed that this was unjustly accused just like the accusations against Maryville… then we found out that wow there was a lot of shady business going on at some schools I would never have dreamed of .. and that changed my feelings on this issue. I’ve watched you over the years take shots at public schools as if they are inferior to Privates and I always knew that was because you wished they were all playing together… so now for you to act like you’re so concerned about public school kids feeling inferior is Hilarious! I know of no public school kid feeling inferior and it’s just another angle for you to attempt to shame the public schools into playing privates again . I actually do feel sorry for the private schools, but maybe instead of trying to shame the public schools to do your bidding , maybe the private schools should show they can be trusted to follow the rules .

Glad to see ya back there Buddy, Maryville has their hands full tonight with Science Hill . I hope we do get another chance to meet again and hopefully Maryville can make it a game if we do .

Moon’s a heck of a player, he’s gonna get twice as many touches as he did the last time against Maryville and he’s definitely a threat to go all the way every time he touches the ball. Hopefully we won’t see a 3 man line on defense tonight , lol . I’m really proud of how Maryville has fought back this year , Losing one of the best Running back’s to ever play at Maryville could have been an easy time to give up but these guys have come together and are probably playing their best ball at the right time .

The refs in the playoffs are from another region. I thought Maryville was getting shorted on every spot tonight by a yard but then I noticed they were doing it for Bearden too . It is funny how refs from other areas call the games so differently than we’re used to .

Yes , I was trying to compare what I saw tonight to the State game I saw when Trezevant played Greenville that year . I know Bearden doesn’t want that reputation surely.

I hate to say it but that’s some of the most classless trash I’ve ever seen, wanting to fight, throwing punches and then taking the cheap shot after the game is trashy. I think Derek substituted like he did because he was worried about our guys getting provoked into a fight

Ya know TT27 , We've had a LOT more experience than you at being the Top Dog , and over the last 25 years we have dealt with every kind of Troll you can imagine ... Where you differ is most Trolls are fans of teams that never win . That's why a Fan of Oakland , who Maryville has had a great series with and mostly , other than you , has been a very respectful and Honorable Rivalry . Enjoy your Child like trolling and some day your team might be able to be mentioned in the same breath as a Maryville , Alcoa , Brentwood Academy , and a few others that are in that elite group . All you're doing with your antics is making Oakland look bad , so carry on I guess .
