Just a little advice, If you ever go to melrose dont ever say something like that or you wont live long. Like ive said befoure the melrose players are good guys and cannot be held responsible for how fans act at thier games. I would love to see anyone go into O.M. and "dispose" of anyone who lives there especially anyone from Maryville. I would like to wish both teams goodluck on friday and to the winner, go beat the crap out of Maryville, because i know im not the only one tired of hearing crap like this from them. thumb

All im saying is I hear the same kind of stuff over here. Maybe even worse because East and Middle Tennessee have never given West Tennessee teams much respect. Not that those guys are not wrong to do that, its just the same over here.

A west TN radio station bragging about west TN teams, wow imagine that. Im a former west TN player, and now i live in east TN. I have not heard very much about Melrose from here. All I hear about is east TN teams thats just how it is.

Its great that you love your team and are coming down to support them but dont walk in O.M. expecting to see a good old fashioned football game. I am a white guy that played for a mostly white private school in Memphis. I played against melrose for four years, and those guys are great. They play hard and clean but going into O.M. is not like going into most neighborhoods. Melrose fans although great fans have been known to loose it at times. I just hope the MPD will have the game covered. Other than that i see melrose to win in a close game

Saints will pull it out if they come to play. They should have won earlier this year. They went into that game with big heads which was stupid knowing that ECS always comes to play. Bcrest has a great team this year. It will be close because it always is with with ecs and briarcrest. Good luck saints, Ill be at the game along with some other former players. We will wear our 2002 rings for luck. thumb

hey wesley, we lost six seniors seven if you count westberry which i dont, but still six sounds more correct. I should know, I was one.

Briarcrest has some tough teams in there division, I would ask them to remember that and not talk to much before the season has even started. As a former player I will always want Briarcrest to win, but I would advise them to wait untill something is proven before anything is said about state.

Thats what most people say about Briarcrest however it is not quite accurate. Thats what Harding said befoure the reigon tournament. They set up their defensive game around Mike and lost by the biggest margin againt Briarcrest this year. "Big Mike" is a great player, but he is not the only great player. Briarcrest has some great shooters on the team. However I also know that this season Harding does not compare to any of the teams at state so it will be interesting to see what happens.
