  1. I HATE ALCOA!!!!!!!!! Lets go Rebels its payback time. Send these boys packin back across town this year. Gonna be a tough matchup with some shakeup on both teams from last year. I like our chances though. Im takin the Rebels (as always) 31-24 in a game that is close until the end. GO REBELS!!!! I HATE ALCOA!!!!!!
  2. Poor poor alcoa fans, they never learn do they guys. Yeah you all have all the 'talent' in the world and a coach who is gonna finally outsmart GQ and break the streak thats been alive since 2001. wait a minute....wake up people its not gonna happen. These are the MARYVILLE REBELS we are talking about here, who happen to have the BEST COACH IN THE STATE. You will not win this game, it may be close, but destiny will prevail and the tornadoes will once again be downgraded to a light breeze on a forgettable night for alcoa fans. Sorry guys, but i speak the truth. Im giving maryville the at least 7+ point victory that awe are accustomed to. go get em Rebels, but good luck tornaders, you will need it
  3. well i cant believe it finally happened. honestly im dissapointed because i love to win, but i have faith that GQ will have these guys keep their heads held high and let them know that life goes on. but if there is one team that deserves to beat us it is hillsboro. We have dissapointed you and your team many times and honestly i would rather it be the boro than any other team we play. great job guys you all deserve it. heres to next year! /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" /> getcha popcorn ready!
  4. who wouldnt that didnt go there or doesnt live there. Fortunately for me, i have been in both categories. i dont see rhea county having a chance in this one. Chris Jordan is lightning waiting to strike at any moment, and on the defensive side of the ball justin smith is going to demand a double team all night or he could put up double digit tackles 3 sacks and heck maybe even an interception. Rhea county better hope Maryville's bus runs out of gas on the way because that is the only chance they will have to keep it close in this one. Maryville 35 Rhea County- 6
  5. what an awesome game! i was glad to be at this one it was close all the way till the end just the way it oughta be. Alcoas TE #89 is an amazing athlete, that one handed grab over the middle was very impressive, almost aaron douglas esque. GQ continues to prove me right by winning week after week. 62 in a row baby!!!! Maybe next year alcoa....but maybe never.
  6. upon further review of both of the squads being matched up tomorrow night, this one is gonna be close. Alcoa is loaded with talent and if there is one team in Tennessee that would enjoy ending this streak more than anyone else, its Alcoa. Maryville is gonna come out firing as always but if we cant get the passing game going any more than we did last week we are gonna be in some serious trouble. im calling a MHS victory once again because i havent been wrong in 4 years. 21-20 in a thriller
  7. get ready for 8-0. this one isnt even going to be close. rebels by 21 cause GQ and the boys cant be stopped
  8. confidence is a great thing to have. it just stinks when year after year your team never comes through against its cross town rival. you try and enjoy your friday sir, i know ill enjoy mine. Hope all you alcoa fans enjoy another 14-1 season...if you make it that far
  9. Oh i love how the tornadoes get all pumped up every year saying they are going to clean our clocks and how we dont have a chance. the amount of false confidence you all have in your team year after year amazes me, especially after all the beatings we have handed you in the pas 5-10 years. I hope your ready alcoa, but it wont matter, cause this year is gonna be just like last year, and the year before that, and the year before that. Ill make sure and bring an extra box of tissues for you this year. Maryville 35 Alcoa 10
  10. they could win out starting after this week thats for sure. and compared to Maryville they are pitiful my friend..sorry to inform you. they may make the playoffs, but as we all know the road to the blue cross bowl runs through Maryville. i say we make it 52 in a row this week in a blowout. Go Rebels Sincerely, RebelRaider
  11. i see no reason even with an injured burnette why Maryville wont wipe the field with West. They are pitiful this year just like they every year, and they are about to be just another victim of the big red machine. Go rebels 38-7, we win
  12. just doing what i can to make it very clear not just to you, but to everyone else as well that Maryville's dominance over high school football in the state of Tennessee is not coming to an end any time soon. glad we got that straightened out
  13. no payment necessary, ill just take another gold ball at the end of the season, just like last year, and the year before, and before....i think you get the picture
  14. proud to give the 100th vote, and id drive anywhere to any town to watch Maryville beat the crap out of whoever stands on the opposite sideline. pick any team in any class and Maryville wins. guaranteed. write it down.
  15. well well well, Maryville v alcoa week once again. I hope all you Alcoa fans dont think you are going to win this year like you do every year, cause i got news, it aint happnin. Its always the same thing, chatter, its "alcoa's year", then Maryville shows up and dominates the game like it should be dominated. Im saying 7 connections between burnette and douglas, with two of those receptions coming to rest in the end zone. Alcoa has no chance with josh smith and Coach Joe Pinkerton's defensive backs on the field. i mean who knows how many sacks smith will put up in this game...7,8? Calm weather in alcoa's tornado alley as Maryville breezes through with a 37- 13 victory. Go Rebels, Rebelraider
