What exactly is that supposed to mean. I'm sure that Massey is an excellent coach. But Bibee got the most he could out of his players. When his assistant coach refuses to play the All-American on the offensive line and also won't play a returning All-State player on the offensive line (Matt Williams) you can't blame it on the head coach. Yeah you can say that the head coach has final say, but if the assistant doesn't give the better player any reps in practice then the better player doesn't know what to do. I bet Massey would have done a great job with Baylor this season but it wouldn't have been any better than what Bibee did. The signing of Coach Massey also means that Baylor will get his son. An All-State honorable mention back from MUS that will definately help Baylor.

If I remember correctly T$$AA makes you pay each session. No tournament passes were available.

Baylor lost 4 seniors. They were the first 4 hitters in there lineup. All 4 signed college scholarships. Verco (ETSU), catcher Davies (ETSU), 2nd base Lawrence (Birmingham Southern), and SS Newberry (UTC volleyball). Newberry had softball offers but chose volleyball.

I can't believe no one has mentioned Adam Plavich from Baylor. He is definately a better shooter than anyone that has been mentioned.

Antonio Frazier from Baylor is also committed to attend Furman next year and will sign tomorrow.

Only because Oak Ridge is one of the many 5A teams in the state to refuse to play against the large private schools from D2, similar to Soddy-Daisy and Ooltewah in the Chattanooga area.

I needed a good laugh. There is no way that he is better than BJ. I don't really know why anyone would want a QB that doesn't beat a single quality opponent in his entire high school career. Numbers don't mean much when you play teams with 25 students in the entire school.

I really like Jake Young. He is still undefeated at this point. Great kid too.

I think I am in the know on this situation considering that Ty is my brother. My sources are top of the line figure out who you are talking to before you try to criticize me next time.

Coming from an inside source there is no way that Ty will be able to make it back down to 215 next year. He had to cut from around 240 to make it to 215. He will definately be a HWT for the next 3 years of his highschool career.

I know for a fact that Jordan hasn't been in Colorado cause i saw him lifting weights at baylor just last week.

i guess they had to get a new surface after the meteor hit the mba sideline in the last game when they lost to us Baylor boys.

It won't be a good game because it's close. The only reason to go would be to see the rivalry. Baylor will blow them out behind the deep shots of Plavich and Darden.

Don't forget about Kevin Cooper from Baylor. What a hoss 6'1" and 240lb tailback with great speed.

My vote will go to Adam Plavich of Baylor. The kid is not afraid to pull up from anywhere and normally makes it too. He has apparently taken notes from his brother former University of Charlotte guard Brendan Plavich. And don't put it past Adam to make the big shots to win the game.

Ty Levie was also an All-State selection in DII but not as a reciever. He was selected as an all-purpose player to the 1st team.

The only person I can think of that would be at the same level is Jacques McClendon from Baylor. He was on Countdown to Signing Day last Wednesday and officially committed to Tennessee. However he was getting many offers from the likes of Notre Dame, Auburn, Alabama, Florida, FSU, UNC, and I think even USC.

High school and colligiate wrestling injuries FYI when it comes to injuries. If you research the percent of those participating vs. the number injured you will find wrestling ranks as one of, if not the most often, injured sport. One of the main reasons listed in other articles was the case of specializing in 1 sport. This causes over useage of the joints and muscles.

I would definately have Alcoa as the top team but the second team I would pick MUS. Ravenwood lost to Brentwood Academy who wasn't even in the State Championship game. But possibly Maryville as another team.

Gibson didn't make the varsity team this year. Only one freshman did Luke Apfield who is 6'5" and counting because of lack of depth down low. Coach Clark wanted to keep the freshman class together on the JV this season to develop some chemistry between them.

Baylor Mom I don't know who your son is but speaking from one of the players perspectives Hannah wasn't the best coach on the staff and most of the players were glad to see him leave. And Heavy245 just to make sure that you have your facts right I was the only starting lineman under 200 lbs, Jon Gordon weighs about 230 and Brendan Fuge weighs about 205 just so you know. Listen to Patriot3 if he is who I think he is then he knows exactly what he is talking about. And Even though you are right that Hannah mingled with the players during practice he also took the focus off of what it should have been on during this time.
