Rockwood fan here saying way-to-go Unaka. It thrills my heart to know that a public school won the ship. Congrats on a tourney well played. People didn't give ya'll much of a chance but ya'll pulled it out and showed everybody in the state. Congratulations!!

I just wanted to say good luck to CPA. Ya'll have a great team and it is goin to be hard for anybody to beat ya'll. About the thing at the end of the half i know it's getting old but i wanted to state my opinion. I personally didn't agree with it, but on the other hand we deserved what happend at the end of the half when he hit that 3 pointer. If our coach was just goin to sit back at let them do that then that's what we deserved. Other than that it was a great game. I wish it would have went the other way around. But sometimes you just can't get what you want. Good luck CPA.

DL better watch out for alcoa, they have a very good team. i don't even care that much for alcoa mainly cause they beat us during the season, but you can't say they won't give you a run for your money. We had a really good team this year and they still beat us(Rockwood) by a pretty good margin if i remember correctly. They may not win but i gaurantee that it won't be by no 3 TD's. I look for alcoa to pull out the upset. Alcoa by a field goal.

Good job on the win tonight Tigers.....i guess that really quieted some mouths. I was really impressed with our boys tonight they played hard. Kingston started to make a comeback but we shut them down....very impressed with how our defense is this year. i think we can hang with anybody with the way our defense is playing right now. Good luck to Kingston the rest of the way, and keep up the good work Tigers.

yeah it wasn't even close. we just got blasted. kingston has a great team though it is going to be hard for anybody to beat them.

i agree with you the talent that harriman has i wouldn't be surprised to really see them come up in about 2 years whent hey have more experience under their belt. i wouldn't be surprised to see them go to state in a couple of years....

don't count your chicken's before they hatch. you still got your district play....and especially the way this district has stepped up the past couple of years it's going to be hard for any team in the district to win. there is going to be some good district games this year. better watch out for that wartburg team this year i wouldn't be surprised to see them back in the mix of things again. and of course you better watch out for that rockwood team...they are doing very well right now and if it continues it only spells trouble in the district for harriman. for any other team for that matter.

glad to hear that our baseball team is doin good this year. hearin things like that makes me wonder sometimes why i still ain't playin. hope only the best things this year for you guys. let's go back to the state....this time let's bring it home.

hey sportsguy why you puttin it like i'm from cosby. i'm from rockwood, but i still say the boy is all that. i'm not sayin he's the next lebron james i don't know where you got that from. but he is awesome. i really don't see how you can not give him the credit he deserves. ya know when he beat us on that last second shot down in rockwood i thougth that was the biggest bull crap shot that i had ever seen. but seeing him play more...there was some skill involved in that.

well CosbyEagle ya know our teams have had our differences but we know that you guys need our support just as if the situation was reversed and we (Rockwood) would have went to the state and ya'll got put out, then we would have ya'lls backup. sometimes you just have to keep your differences on the court. don't let it go outside that. and it does reflect good on us too. to see that a team from East Tennessee is going to state and has the calibour to win the state. it makes the rest of us look good as well. we appreciate that. and good luck to ya'll. i'll be rooting for you guys all the way.

we must be hearin from someone that don't take up for their friends. i mean you know cosby and us (rockwood) have had our bad spills but you don't see us bashing their players. man they have an awesome team. and i would bet money that if you had the chance to get mark magaha on your team i bet you would. he has got to be one of the best players in the state of tennessee right now. and if you tell me that you wouldn't want him on your team your lieing to everyone here and to yourself.

yeah you can't let harriman get to you...we don't. we've learned that harriman is sore losers and they can't take it. i don't think they will ever change.

kingston is going to be great once again this season....they have a strong 1-4 seed. harriman is going to be a bigger contender than they was last year....great 1-3 seeds. of course you can't mention goods teams without mentioning loudon. they have a couple of guys that can absouletly tear you up. they are going to be tough. rockwood is a working process. they have an ok 1-3 seed. going to be hard for them to win. but in a few years they will be contenders. don't know much about the girls... all i know is the guys since i play. got to keep up with them. lol. good luck to all teams this year.

got a couple of pointers for cosby. like they said if you double team the big man he gets tired real quick. and also try your best to get him in some serious foul trouble quick. if you can keep the ball out of his hands you guys will prob. win by more than you beat hancock by. i pick cosby by 20. UH dosen't stand a chance

man i don't mean to disrespect your team or anything. but i would be seriously surprised to see you guys get out of the first round. i agree with goose i hope you guys don't draw cosby. cosby beat a hancock county team by 25 that you guys just beat by 2. i dont' mean to take anything away from you guys or anything. you've got an impressive record.

ya know i will give credit where credit is due. UH is an alright team. i do believe that they are overrated. there was no doubt that if our shooting would have been like it was the past 2 games there would be no way that they could have hung with us. and don't give me the just take it as they have good defense stuff. cause we play some of the best defenses in this state and we still came out on top. wartburg has one of the best defenses this year that i have seen in a long time. cosby has a great defense. so i know we can handle good defenses. we just shot poorly. we couldn't get it to our go-to people. you guys will understand what i mean about cosby if you get the chance to play them in state. i would like to say good luck to UH and all other teams in the state.

i agree with you cosbyeagle...i like your picks. i think if rockwood and cosby play like that have been they will have tremendous games. temple i heard is really tough to beat. i heard good enough to win state. CC is a tough team too i hear.

eagleeye was you even there. dude...if you was i would like to know what game you was watchin. the dude started throwing punches and elbows. what....was the cops just going to sit there and let him hit them...so i believe that the NYPD thing was neccessary. can you just not stand it when another person is right or what.
