Well…. I have no dog in the hunt, but he’s really put a bad light on some Cleveland fans! What I heard wasn’t anything that he says he can prove, so I would love to be proven wrong with some simple texts messages he says he has on his phone. Shouldn’t be a difficult task to prove that Baylor is scared of real competition! I mean they have just been wrestling a bunch of joke wrestling programs to pad their stats I guess.

Not posting mad, just think you are a liar who thought he could BS his way to people believing him! And yes I say there and watched as kids didn’t listen and goofed around while Josh was trying to teach and my kid there trying to learn but his partners not giving a crap about it! He asked for different partners and wasn’t given a choice for it. So yeah I’ve seen that it’s a little bit big and not enough coaches to help out. But, yeah I have no clue what I’m talking about lol. Good ole Lapdog for the club we all know! But again, ready to see your proof of conversation and text asking for a match……..it’s not that difficult

Also, I was a huge fan of HCWC, spent a season last year with my kid who wanted to wrestle and lives in Cleveland, so I suggested HCWC for it. I think they are good for some and not for others and maybe they have grown to much. I watched practices and even beginner tournament when the only people in his corner were me or a kid still in high school. Watched practice after practice of kids goofing off while he was trying to learn and practice and not a soul come over to him to help out. Watched “beginners” tournament at Bradley where kids that were not beginners wrestled all just to pad their stats and feel better about themselves and their parents, Steve L actually came over and said hello, told me to bring him over to their club and they would work with him, even helped his corner for a match at the beginners tournament. My kid didn’t want to continue anymore, left a bad taste in his mouth and he is now sticking with baseball and basketball. Still a great club and was recommended to me by a good friend whose son drove a long ways there just to practice, just doesn’t work for all. I wished he would have tried Pride just to see the difference and I HATED Bradley growing up since I went to Soddy, however my youngest son also tried out wrestling before settling on soccer and Pride was free for a week as a camp many many years ago. Was a great time watching Steve and Turner Jackson rolling with the kids alongside Matt Keller and many others!

Not mad at all, don’t really care for either program, I hate private schools and I also hate bandwagon fans that run their mouth to much! Again I said show the proof you say you have, it’s simple and easy to do, if not STHU because you are the accuser so burden of proof on you running your mouth calling Baylor a dodger is on YOU! As far as the money, follow it and don’t look a fool, I have, spent a good bit of time looking it up, they are required to show where their money comes from and so it’s not hard to see he gives them more money, also like Lee said he denied the money to give to Pride a few years ago when they raised a good amount of money, calling Ben a liar pretty much! produce those text messages, it shouldn’t be hard, you said you had them on YOUR phone, so let’s all see it and we can start making fun of Baylor(which I hate to even take up for them, I dislike private schools)! as far as Soddy, yeah, they have been building their kids program back again. Guys like Andrew Strain have put their time and effort and even money into that kids club, you could do the same with Pride but instead would rather just ride that bandwagon at Cleveland and cry about Bradley! I’m sure just as humorist stated they would take you in a second to help bring back the glory, are you willing to put in the work?

Thats your opinion of it. Again they are open records to review if you want to take the time. Not hard to find! yes Josh works his tail off for the program, must have been nice to pour all that time and effort into the program without a worry in the world with money. Josh is a great guy and a great coach, seen it firsthand! also you again have no idea what was offered to Baylor by Knox, so I guess this is a he said/he said thing and I would love to be proven wrong by TreyB with the actual text messages showing it all and how it went down since he never said anything about what was said in person. Also how about Knox reach out NOW to make a match for next season, I know a lot of coaches and worked with them, we usually had our schedule for the next year almost done already by now. Especially if we traveled out of state for any and since Baylor has mostly traveled out of state get on the schedule for next year now, heck see if they can have it at a neutral site like UTC so that everyone should be able to attend and it’s also a win for UTC. I’d pay good money to watch!

My team fell from grace big time with Soddy, didn't see me on here whining about the kids club or the team itself, however Ulric and Shane have done a good job along with Andrew and a few others with the kids club building up that program and back to respectability, you though wouldn't have seen me whine about where they were as a program since I wasn't with them to make it any better! I cheered them on and hoped for the best and they are back to doing well. yeah, looks like they were going to do a split squad with some at Chattanooga Central tourney and Drennan, maybe a few kids got sick and so they didnt want to send a team all the way to Nashville so they sent 9 to Central tourney instead with a few of those being varsity kids, but I mean I guess we can all look at it like TreyB would and maybe they didn't want to face Union County KY LOL.

Bet what? They aren't going to wrestle so that can't be a bet, or are you talking about Bet that the only way Cleveland would wrestle was for Baylor to go to the Jones Center? If that's the case its a he said/he said because you nor I were there and I know what I was told! Funny thing is Cleveland hasn't traveled to Baylor for a dual in a very long time YET Baylor has traveled to Cleveland for the Cleveland duals before and I think I saw they traveled many years ago to Cleveland for a dual also! I mean it's usually a thing for coaches, like Father Ryan traveling to Cleveland to wrestle the other night since Cleveland came to the Drennan tournament, that's usually how it works, however Cleveland as I was told wanted Baylor to come to them and have a match with another team also(think it was possibly with Father Ryan there) and were told no thanks. But you are an absolute FOOL if you think that Cleveland called and wanted a match and were like, hey we will travel to you for this and Baylor said no, BECAUSE that would be a huge gate for Baylor and although they don't really need the money, that extra would have been good for the program anyways plus the exposure for the program! Also since you complained about Pride the other day at the beginners tournament and no coaches there, seems they had plenty of wrestlers there and some that actually did pretty well also, so I guess they still showed up and wrestled without coaches! You are starting to make a fool of yourself and I don't hate teams that are dominant until their idiots of their fanbase make it that way, you are starting to be that way!

I think it depends on county, Hamilton won't allow you to so the kids I know have been out running on their own and working out on their own, this weather just absolutely sucks

OR it might be because Baylor had already finalized their schedule AND the fact Cleveland wouldn't wrestle at Baylor they would ONLY wrestle at Cleveland in the Jones Center. So it must be nice to make an offer that is only contingent on someone coming to you and when they won't, you call it dodging! This is why people across the state are starting to really hate Cleveland fans, you are really starting to be an example of why that is happening, heck starting to become like Bama fans and no one wants that because everyone hates Bama fans but Bama fans! So call it dodging all you want, but Baylor hasn't been afraid to wrestle the best across the country(you know taking that 56-7 beating from Blair). Also Neither Fowler has wrestled 157 this year and Cy has not wrestled 165 this season. At 215 Cleveland kid Moore got pinned by Ollis of Father Ryan who only beat Baylor kid Rendessy 3-2, so a pin there is hilarious. So if both teams put out the lineups they have pretty much all year, especially in big tournaments there is no way its a killing for Cleveland like you have above although I do think Cleveland would have a good chance to win!

I don’t think Rutherford mattered in this, he most likely gets pinned at 175 against Baylor, maybe he bumps up but that’s the only way he makes a difference.

Walker is better than Cordero. Walker has beaten Ritchie twice this season 3-1 and 3-0 and Ritchie beat Workman 8-3. So Workman should be at 2 at 113, however he will drop to 106 and should be the favorite at 106.

oh for sure, we have all seen that dual results for early season can mean nothing by the time Feb rolls around. By end of Jan and early Feb most all teams are set with their kids at their weights and you just have to hope for no injuries at that point or sickness.

Yeah, they most likely go 3-2 this year which is still good, you don’t get better if you don’t wrestle better competition! It’s one reason I would laugh at anyone that said that Baylor was ducking Cleveland and not wrestling a dual when they don’t shy away from any competition. Just couldn’t be worked out it seems.

yes Baylor will for sure get humbled, the other teams there are also very very tough and are traveling all over the country, so not only do they get beat badly by Blair and Valiant College prep, but there are 1 or 2 more there that might also beat them(Green Farms I think it is) is pretty tough for a Connecticut team and another team from PA. They can show up there if they match up at all to these bigger name schools and show that TN is anywhere close to as good as some teams from up North! It does suck for sure. I know it was none of Clevelands fault but a few of those tournaments they finished ahead of some nationally ranked teams(the Carnahan and Florida Knockout tourney) none of the nationally ranked teams that finished behind them had a full lineup. Not sure what is wrong with Buford but they had like 9 and just did finish behind Cleveland and South Dade who I don’t think I’ve seen as ranked was right behind them and only had 12 kids in their scoring. That’s why I never take team scores into account at an individual tourney, beat them head to head in a dual and it’s a show of strength for sure.

For now I’m just hoping to see teams across the country at full strength. Most tournaments I’ve looked at even top teams only have 9-10 wrestlers there, until the other night at Bradley I haven’t seen Soddy put most their starters out on the mat on one night. Maybe since it’s after the new years we start getting more tournaments with full teams fighting it out on the mat. I do show this weekend it seems Baylor will be at a duals that has Blair and Valiant Prep out of Arizona. So yeah I’m sure they have been running from other teams lol

Looks like for sure Bradley will be missing the duals. They took it on the chin against Soddy Daisy at home on alumni night 53-8 winning only 2 matches. I couldn’t believe the score when I saw it even with Soddy being a good team.

Yes, looks like Ethan U beat him in the quarters 7-3 and in consols Jarvis won 13-2 before Jarvis lost to Caleb Uhorchuk 6-5. The Uhorchuks NC against each other for 3/4 and Jarvis won 5th, so TN boys were 3,4 and 5.

There’s 14 weights and it looks like per track 14 are those getting points for Cleveland. South Dade shows 12 wrestlers getting points and Buford with their 9.

I would say you are prob ignorant and you have no idea if that is the case since he didn’t wrestle! Maybe he could have proved that but he didn’t and you look the fool!

Yep and got pummeled at them, I said he wasn’t an animal because that would be compared to everyone not just other TN kids. So he’s good and good for TN, but he got pinned in 1st round and TF without even scoring a point in 2nd period. That doesn’t happen to an animal, sorry if you don’t agree. But since he didn’t wrestle for whatever reason you can guess he wins by TF guaranteed as you said but you have no way of proving that and in the end he didn’t.
