EVERYONE IN THE STATE (ESPECIALLY ROCKWOOD) SHOULD KNOW TO NEVER COUNT THOSE COSBY EAGLES OUT. I BELIEVE LAST YEAR WE CAME BACK ON ROCKWOOD THE LAST 3 TIMES TO WIN THE BALLGAME. MORAL OF THE STORY: NEVER EVER COUNT OUT THE EAGLES

IT'S FINALLY BASKETBALL TIME AT COSBY AND WE ARE READY FOR UNAKA. I ADMIT IT WILL BE A GREAT MATCHUP THIS YEAR (MAYBE AS GOOD AND COSBY vs ROCKWOOD LAST YEAR). COACH FLATFORD WILL BE READY FOR THE MATCHUP.

Cosby is definately a factor every year! They lost a few starters but have worked very hard and are still one of the strongest TEAMS in the state. There in really no one man show. Rockwood, Unaka, Onieda, and especially HANCOCK CO. LOOK OUT. The eagles will soar again this year.

Listen do we need to start a Harriman whining thread. It amazes me that Rockwood and Cosby have sort of allied against the sore losers of Harriman. Listen, I guarantee you anyone would take mark if they had a chance. Rockwood is awesome. They are a very equal team to Cosby. The last two visits have been luck on Cosby's side at the exact right moment. They are very supportive of Cosby and they don't whine cuz we beat em. UNLIKE HARRIMAN Rockwwod is thinking about revenge for next year while Harriman is whining for something that never could have been.

Harriman, had Cosby worn bathing suits they still would have beat your butt. At least we don't freak out and scream and shout at the ref when they call walks on us. As for University High, you are just HOPING they will beat us because you couldn't.

Who is the 3rd "best team in the top half of the bracket"? Why is everyone counting Cosby out already? This team has had close games a few times and has blew out the rest. They are 29-2. Is that good for nothing? I think with the streak Temple is riding, it will be their downfall. Cosby has been ranked above and with Temple and Perry County all year long, and I had never heard of Trousdale or Mitchell, so I need some explanation with not facts not opinions.

Hey, there are no guarantees in state bud. Why are you brushing off Cosby. We have only lost two games and we don't have a player that everyone looks too ALL the time like some other teams. We've won with our best players on the bench. You can't put anything by anyone. It's state time and like i said there are no guarantees. I think Peery County will win cause the pressure's on Temple. There is no way to predict a winner now. Wait till the final buzzer next Saturday.

Looks like Cosby is the 1st round of play for UH. I really know Rockwood is better than UH. I would not have wanted to play them in the 1st round of State but maybe somewhere down the line. UH things could get U G L Y if Cosby plays the defense and offense they played last night. I believe no one wanted to draw Perry Co., Temple or Cosby. GO EAGLES

Don't worry, rebecca may be too afraid to come tomorrow night. After all, Hancock's not lost a game at their place in however long and niether has Cosby this year. Hancock will try to conquer at the nest but Cosby will be ready and even if Rocky does get thirty points, we know we can still beat you, uh because he did that already and we still won. So the pressure's on Hancock. And i still laugh at the fact that there were 300 "reserved Cosby seats at HCHS" If it were up to me, Hancock might get 30 seats tomorrow but hey the more people Cosby makes mad the better. Hey Rebecca, if you recall correctly, The "Rock" had 30 at Cosby this year and it was not enough. Admit it. You and the rest of Hancock are scared to come to Cosby as we would be coming to HCHS. But hey you're coming anyway. It should be a game where Cosby gets a pretty comfortable lead and can hold it. Rocky got 30 last time. but not enough. The rest of the team was stopped. They did not put me in the class room. I was the scorekeeper last night and 2 years ago. Loco you probably saw me last night in the hat at the scorer's table. No matter what happens Monday Cosby is an excellent ball team/ I am however very optimictic about beating Hancock. I know they don't want to come here. If they do something's wrong. They may pull an upset but i doubt it. I really hope to see a packed house full of Cosby. Maybe we can put Hancock in the classrooms to watch the game on TVs like they did us 2 years ago. We won by 12 the 1st game and I hope more this game. I guarantee if Hancock think they left us room at their place. They better take as little as possible to the gym cause they might be standing for 4 hours. GO EAGLES

MVP. You saw definately saw the game MVP and your boys sent him to the line and Cocby pulled away. Defense is key and Harriman don't have the offense to match our defense. Tomorrow is a different story. Rockwood and Cosby are known for defense. Go Big Blue. Cosby that is. Big Blue Harriman is going home.

I think Rockwood has been figidy the last couple games and Cosby as well. I think both teams will be ready and i hope to host HANCOCK county at COSBY. Good luck EAGLES.

You think Cosby will lose or you HOPE Cosby will lose. Why doesn;t Rockwood want to meet us again. It would be a great game. Based on what i saw angainst CAK, Wartburg will take Rockwood to school. Cosby is not afraid of Rockwood because we know we can win.

I just want to know if any of your teams are rooting for Cosby, or do you hope we get put out tonight so you don't have to play us again. I say Wartburg all the way.

What about Cosby. You know Temple would be nervous over a tangle with the Eagles. Yes on any given night any team can lose. CAK beat us at their place by 15 and there is no way they are 15 points better than Cosby.

It's good not to argue with you. Anyway. CAK can be dangerous. Bill Phillips pulled a big upset on us at their place. Rockwood better come ready to play or CAK will capitalize on it. Don't count them out.

Cosby plays Coalfield Teus. Still if Cocby wins any predictions on how the rest of the region will play out and how the other teams match up with Cosby. I can say as the scorekeeper that I am glad I have an automatic seat in that TINY TINY TINY TINY gym. Sorry Midway is too small.

Well I hope to beat Coalfield and not to be mean but I hope CAK wins, because I would feel a whole lot better playing CAK in the region than Rockwood. That is a compliment to Rockwood's players and coach. So good luck CAK.

Listen I guarantee whoever calls Mark suberidiot is crazy. For one, they know Mark could probably score 80 instead of 18 on them, and 2, they know he and the entire Cosby team is a VERY talented group of kids. No one gives Cosby credit because everyone loves to hate us because of our prestige and dominance of East Tennessee basketball over the years. As for you Badman, play Mark one on one and he'll hold you to your IQ of 0 points.

I remember Greenback saying they wanted to meet Cosby in the district tourney for a rematch, and that Havens was going to make superbeast his little puppy. Well COSBY wins by 40 and Haven goes home with the team high 9 points. Maybe this is a lesson to Greenback to they sometimes get what they wish for. No Mercy from the Eagles in this one.
