I agree with the Professor...Kev B is all about Rutledge....he has problem with Volunteer....someone from Volunteer must have hurt his feeling and he has a vendetta....check out all his post concerning him and Volunteer going back to last year...As far as I am concerend I will no longer read anymore of his post!!!! On Thursday night WEYE broadcasting team will be signing autographs before the game for all those interested....I even heard Tony, Brian, and Mark will be providing the food in the press box for the media, coaches and officials...Way to go guys!!!! I think the game is on Thursday because ESPN, Corso & Herbstreet will be in attendance.....(last home home was on Charter cable)..or it just might me inserice for most of East Tenn teachers

Indian66...I know you are not Joey Christian...let the parents of VHS know you are not him....Joey is a great guy...he would hope the best for Volunteer football....People should'nt be upset Joey left....he made the move he thought was best for him and his family.....What about Mike Mayes, Nicky Peppers, Jerry Higgins, and Andy Hubbard? All left Volunteeer for different coaching jobs and nobody said anything about them.... The Cherokee game is over lets move one and get ready for Sullivan East...they will be tough...they have a good QB...and a good young coach....support the Falcons players and coaches and lets get back to winning....Go Falcons!!!!

"We don't have the priveledge of driving a county owned bus for free" What system is this? Who is running your transportation department? Even if you have your CDL? Do you belong to TEA or TACA? Both carry liability for you 1 million each. TSSAA carries catastrphic also. The number of your athletes keep growing 23 to 45. Just an observastion from your posts.

Tony and Brian Thanks for all the work on the radio. I listeed to the D-B and Cherokee on the way to our game Tuesday and those guys couldnt carry your head-sets!!!!!

You got the wins over Rutledge right, but we won only 21 wins (17 wins in the regular season) that year...fell to Alcoa in Sub-State. In 1998-99 Season we won 24 games (19 in the regular season) and didint play in sub state...they was the first year of the Sectionals in which we lost to Fulton. 20 wins in the regular is a record....22 wins overall is second best.

$600.00 for a bus...if you pay that for a bus you have bigger problems....Who are you using? I would pay 600.00 for an entire season and then some....here is an idea get... your CDL license? Drive your own bus. How long of a drive is it from District 4 to Chatt? Did you really need to spent the night? That is the stupidist thing I have ever heard. Next you will want parents to make practice plans for the coach to run. Then lets the kids pick out school colors every year. How about Co-ed basketball? and Everyone gets to play the same amount of time,,,Like rec league...Quit Crying about Rhea County....Brien is a good coach who had a bad run in his touugh district (which is tough)....
