GC vs York will be another classic. As will Loretto vs GP

Smith County is no joke either. They are very well coached and played very disciplined basketball. GP Is the favorite, but you have to remember four of their losses team against York.

I’ll say this it was a great halftime adjustment by the coaches from York. The players stepped up as well. Hard to come back from 10 down against McMinn Central that’s rarefied air right there.

I’ve tried to tell everybody how good York was. McMinn Central was exceptional as well I would like to say this should have been the championship game. We will see how it plays out but man everybody in AA is good. I think we’re about to see another good game between Gibson and Huntington.

What are you talking about? What does it matter? It’s a blind draw the only thing I would like to see is for them to televise it on YouTube or something that way all the teams, players and coaches involved and especially fans could watch it. I think that would be awesome. But as far as backing it up to the region tournament when you have no idea who’s going to win makes no sense at all.

Day two opens with a monumental matchup of two of the best teams in the entire tournament. I believe McMinn Central lost in overtime to Bradley Central, so you know they are good. They are always good. York has played very tough competition this year, and beaten most of them. If York can break Central’s press, I like their chances, however if Central is able to turn them over and get easy baskets, it may be a long day for the girls from the mountain

The winner of this game will win the championship game by 15 points. This is for the state championship. Sadly, the loser will not receive a silver ball. As far as the game at hand goes, both teams play tough competition throughout the year so I don’t believe the stage will be too big for either of the coaches or the players. Going to come down to execution and players making plays. I think this is the year that Pickett County gets another gold ball and adds to all the gold up here in the UpperCumberland. There is a real chance that three out of four gold balls up for grabs, could come back to the UpperCumberland this year.

Didn’t have any messages but I believe you and I watched them play yesterday. They are very good no doubt about. I would say the Shelbyville teams in the early 2000s late 90s would have been on their level. Not sure if you remember them, but not only were they national champions dateline NBC follow them for a year and documented their season.

Unfortunately yes. 32-2 never even made the tournament. Fortunately we came back the next year and won it all but that should have been back to back. For the record BC would be heavy favorites this year over Upperman lol. Next year…. Maybe maybe not. Good luck to y’all. Not that you’ll need it.

How so? I knew Clarksville played a cupcake schedule. The only classification they had a chance to win a single game would have been Class A. But don’t see the East dominating unless you’re including the Upper Cumberland teams. Then I agree

Last time Bradley came to Baxter they got beat by 20. Now that was a couple of years ago. This years super team looks pretty good so it would be a much better game for sure. No whining here I could care less. May the best team win!
