11 a.m. on a Sunday? This seems a little odd for a school game. I know club teams play on Sundays but that is something you kind of accept you your going to play. I would not be to happy as a parent. (I know we all don't believe the same thing, just stating my opinion)

the role player put about 20 on howard in the region finals... if I remember correctly. Jurick has to play with passion. He can... but will he... I cannot imagine that he will not be up for this game. I know nothing about White House so no perdictions from me but I do hope ER wins.

I dont think you see her at her best in high school basketball. She plays alot of AAU and I am sure she plays much different. (she would have to to have Miss. St. recruiting her) She has size and talent but will need to change some things next year. I think they will get her doing what she needs to do.

Chattanooga Christian's Eddie Salter told his team he was resigning as head coach this week. He has coached for a long time and is well liked. It is sad to see him move on, but he is ready to spend more time with family and other commitments. I think the region may actually be the ones at "fault". According to TSSAA all girls championship games are to be played on Wednesday at 7 p.m. and all boys championship games are to be played on Thursday at 7 p.m. Every other region is following that schedule, but Region 3-AA seems to be doing their own thing. I think it was just a matter of miscommunication. The schedule is set up differently than it has been in the past.

You might want to check. I think they actually play at 6:00 p.m. and the boys play at 7:30 p.m.

Yeah, he may have been in the sixth grade, but he should have been an eighth grader. I guess he is no longer the "youngest" champion, that distinction now goes to Jeremy.
