My opinion is as good as yours and I think LCHS is an average AAA team without Jordan Luffman at 100 %.They might be pretty good A or AA (That's who they beat without her correct?) Maybe they can beat Lavergne and proove you right. The Cats 25-3 doesn't compare to Lavergne's 25-3 ESPECIALLY if Jordan Luffman is not 100% Get as mad as you want and call me anything you want . and to get back on topic (8-AAA tournament) I said LCHS would win it if Luffman could play at all.... I am ashamed,but not for stating the obvious.Read some poetry or something,see a therapist,..... LCHS may be pretty good in a couple of years,but they are an average AAA team right now.You don't beat somebody elses jrs.& srs. with your 9th and 10th graders.

I think Luffman was held out because her ankle isn't well enough for her to play and the coaches made a decision based on her well-being . The other players responded to the challenge proving they are not an "average"team as posted previously by some The cats will win district 8AAA and hopefully Luffman will be able to play.

I don't know if a coach can get hired because of facebook,but any teacher can get fired for anything from photographs to content on a social website.I don't agree with it,but I don't think it,s wrong for a coach to promote himself or for anyone else to promote a coach as long as they use good judgement and good taste.Our world has changed!!

ANY presence by Luffman gives LawCO the edge (even if she's less than 100%) They are an extremely average team without her.

I pick Lawrence Co. to win the district.While they lost alot of seniors They have alot of good returning players.Last year was not a "one and done" year.That being said I DO believe Lincoln co. & Tullahoma will be much improved with Columbia being a solid 2nd.I guess that means I'm going out on a limb and predicting LawCo over Columbia week "0".It would be a great way to start Thursday night Lights.Personally I wish this game was week 8 Where it was originally scheduled,but I can see the logic for moving to week 0.

The TSSAA handbook is crystal clear about who is responsible for the crowds at athletic contests.The principal of EACH school or his desgnee.The SRO from Lchs might have been the designee,but student behavior is the ultimate responsibility of each school. The SCHS player might have behaved the same way if the LCHS students had NOT rushed the floor. yet the whole situation might have been avoided if the fans had stayed in their seats. Read some of the coach T articles about Memphis schools playing with only coaches,players,and referees allowed. I don't think anyone who has posted wants that.But that could happen.a little more supervision by the LCHS administration is the only thing that's needed.I don't see why that's such a big deal.Then everbody can have their inalienable right to act as rude and contrversial as they want to.ONE thing you can probably count on is CLOSE supervision of the fan sections at the district tournament and regional tournaments by the Columbia and Murfreesboro police departments.

I wasn't at the game.I have no idea who started What.I'm sure the truth lies somewhere between the different accounts and that there is plenty of blame for both schools.I will offer this observation,Loretto and Summertown allegedly won't play LCHS because of the behavior of the LCHS Student section.There was an incident earlier this season at Wayne Co.with LCHS (once again involving the student section) and now another apparently much more serious incident involving (once again the LCHS student section).There seems to be some sort of lack of institutional control(borrowing a phrase from the NCAA) Regardless of who was at fault last night It's eventually going to penalize the ones who least deserve it,the LCHS players and coaches.It's possible to back your team without coming across in a negative matter and be respectful to your opponents . I'm sure this will be handled by both schools and the TSSAA.
