I dont know why the link isnt working, so Ill just paste the response here- That said, I consider arguments over whether bowling is or is not a sport to be not a proper topic here. TSSAA calls bowling a sport and conducts a state series for it. Therefore, for CoachT purposes, it's a sport. It just happens to be a sport that many people also play just for fun.

Huh? no, I go to FRA, and both NCS and Big48 know that, so I thought they would say something like that cause people have used that stereotype before- anyway, apparently, this is causing too much disturbance in the coacht force and ought to be laid to rest. NCS has a good team and the only person Ive ever really known from NCS is a good guy, so good luck this year Eagles, especially when you face us again.

This is great. First of all, Ive never once said anything bad about the people at NCS, maybe Ive said I dont agree with how good you think their team is, but Ive never talked bad about the people there. Anyway, youve surely found out by now that i dont really mean harm in my posts. Just about all of them are meant to stir a reaction, and this one didnt work as planned. I was actually planning on receiving some "rich pirck" comment about FRA students, and maybe Big48 wouldve thrown some my way, but Im with the future, this will probably be locked, so Ill just settle my case here. Im glad you werent part of the NCS stereotype, good for you, but Ive definately seen plenty of NCS students at the Bellevue mall, at NCS sporting events, etc. who most certaintly do fit that stereotype, and while I dont know if it even applies to half the school- much less to you- I was just using it to get a reaction. I hope this thread is still alive when the state tourny comes 'round, because Forrest will not win state. Thats pretty clear to me. Im not sure if I have a prediction at this point, but Forrest is not going to win. Now, Forrest fans, get on here and bash me all you want, but its my opinion and we'll all find out who was right in a few months here. Later- Matt

No, Big48 goes to Nashville Christian, which makes it surprising that he cares about spelling. I didnt think them "Bellevue Thugs" cared about much besides hunting, cruising, mudding, and of course their ridiculously awesome basketball team. But I guess hes doing his part to erase the stereotype, give him credit.

Speaking of McEwen, isnt there a tournament or something out there today and tomorow? Just wondering if anyone had any information on that, and could post results and such. Thanks, Matt

Wait, correct me if Im wrong, but I was pretty sure that East-Lit was lousy at every sport, but maybe basketballs an ecxeption. Ive never heard of anyone losing anything to East-Lit, especially not a team who considers themself to be the best in the state.

Um, I think he was saying that since in your two losses, you had your leading scorer on the court, you cant use that as an excuse for not being up to par. He didnt say you wont be better than you are without him, just that you wont be better than when you lost....

I didnt take the time to look through the whole thread, so maybe this has already been said, but Columbias gym is awesome. It is by far my favorite gym out of all the ones Ive visited on the road. It really isnt that small compared to some, and it has the best feel to it.

What are you considering Middl Tennessee, because most schools in Nashville have teams.

We had a girl with a 199 high and a 155 average, and another girl with a 140 average and several games over 165, and they arent even going to Regions, so whats your point?

does anyone know what happened in districts 9 and 11? the tssaa site doesnt have that information posted. Also, is Glencliff in district 10? I thought they were, but I didnt think DCA was better than them.

well, i succeeded in my goal- I got two NCS posters to retaliate. As for what you guys said, go back and look at my statements about FRA v NCS. I never once said that FRA would beat NCS, I said NCS isnt as good as you guys think they are. I supported Ezell and Grace just as much as FRA. Also, my post was a blatantly obvious attempt to provoke NCS and I realize how the rankings are done.

O, just so you have fair warning, this thread is officially NCS bait. Youve been warned, prepare to have a hoard of NCS fans ready to tell you why NCS should be on your list. And by the way, coachTs rankings stink. Im really surprised that DCAs on top of the list..whats that all about?- and CPA???

Amen. I really think FRA would have a very good shot at the A-AA crown if we were divided. Its too bad it isnt divided now, Id love to add a bowling ring to my collection my senior year- how cool would that be? May be Id get a letter jacket too...

Their girls are pretty good, but how do you think they would do against someone like Mt Juliet or Glencliff? Glencliff averaged 170 every game for every girl on their team when our girls bowled against them. Teams can have a few good bowlers and be good in comparison with other small schools, but when they go up against much bigger schools, they lack the student base to draw from and they typically arent as deep.

Wow, seriously LCHS fans- what are you thinking. "Dont talk unless you can deliver" What were you thinking? Obviously, the fans have control over the outcome of a game, and they know this outcome before the game begins, so it makes sense that unless they know that they will win, they shouldnt talk trash at games.

we started doing it to Cam in the first quarter cause we seemed to remember him being a ball handler last year, but when he only got the ball twice in the first, we switched. then it sorta died at the half.
