i didnt say i didnt think they had gotten better since the ezell game, i do think they have gotten better. i still do not think that they could beat ezell if they played again. what we do have to go by is when they really played and it wasnt pretty, you can say IF all you want. if this if that they still got beat bad by ezell. yes some teams have bad games and that might have been one of them but i could also say that i thought when ezell played cpa in the playoffs that was their bad game, not taking anything away from cpa b/c cpa was a very good team just as they were when i played for ezell. i am not afraid to give a team good props when its due but in all honesy i dont think boyd is a better team than ezell. one thing is for sure is that ezell and cpa's region is the toughest in the state by far. the state championship trophy has been in that region for the past 3 years.

even though boyd did make it to the blue cross bowl i would still put ezell harding in front of them considerind they did destroy them when they played each other. also the playoff bracket that boyd was in was a lot weaker than the one that ezell,cpa ect were in but its like that every year so oh well. 1.cpa 2.ezell 3.boyd 4.cpa 5.cloudland 6.collinwood

i dont think twan and aj are playing b/c they are both going to get football scholorships and austin isnt playing b/c twan and aj arent playing. i talked to twan yeasterday and he just said he was goign to chill this year plus he is getting some bi oggers from big schools on football, wouldnt wanna get hurt.

ezell beat boyd like a drum, the score was like 42-15 and it was boyds scrubs that scored late. i was there and i didnt think boyd was that great at all. this happens every year with the team that comes out of the weak east bracket gets drilled in the state championship. they need to do the brackets differently or something to make the state championship game a better game than it has been in the past. i th ink cpa will win hands down, no problem...

i also see antoine owens from ezell harding on up there, thats for whoever said all they see is healy from 1a. twan is like 11th

i played at ezell and i know both of them, i heard that twan told fulmer he was going to go to ut but that he still isnt sure and i havent heard that blackburn was going to ut so not really sure about him.

volunteergeneral yeah you are cose i mean we mainly just ran the triple option and even though we were getting beat coach mccorcle still thought we could win with it even though we had a great passing qb in bill whitemore.it killed us all of the time b/c after bill left our qb's were all like 5 foot 8 and evertime we would get behind in a game we could not pass the ball. pretty much had a non existent passing game and it shot us in the foot almost every game. you cannot win with no kind of passing game specially in the ovc. besides that mccorcle ran off a lot of good talent.

just to give some insight, i played for mcCorcle in his 1st 2 seasons at utm and i didnt really like him at all or the offense we ran. i mean we had bill whitemore who is starting for kansas now, probably one of the best high school qb's ever in tn and we ran the option with him. he is an awsome passing qb but not so much running the option.since i left utm in january there were about 10-15 guys that also left and most of them were very goods scholorship players that didnt realy like the coach or the scheme of things either. they have had some great athletes but have not been able to keep them. i didnt like mccorcle and think he should have been fired a long time ago. he can be a real @#*%*$# sometimes if you know what i mean. good luck to the guys at utm in the remainder of their season.

i have known micheal since i was a kid, i played junior pro ball with him also, he was a great guy and has a great family. this is an awful thing i feel so bad for his family and he is going to be missed very much, everyone please pray for his friends and family and my god bless his soul.....

I STILL DONT UNDERDSTAND WHY ANTOINE OWENS OF EZELL HARDING IS NOT PLAYING THAT MUCH OFFENSE. I WAS AT THE DCA GAME AND TWAN WAS ON THE SIDELIONES FOR THE MOST PART WHEN EZELL WAS ON OFFENSE. WHEN HE DID GET IN HE RAN IT LIKE 15 YARDS FOR A TD AND RAN OVER HALF OF THEIR TEAM. IF I WAS COACHING TWAN HE WOULD HAVE AT LEAST 20-25 TOUCHES A GAME. HE WOULD WIN OFFENSIVE MR. FOOTBALL IN 1A IF HE GOT THE BALL MORE. ANYONE KNOW WHY HE ISNT PLAYING MUCH ON OFFENSE?? I MEAN I THINK HE IS THE BEST PLAYER IN 1A AND ONF OF THE BEST IN THE STATE FOR ANY CLASS....

i played at ezell, i graduated in 00 and every year when we played cpa they were the classiest team we played. even when we would say somethign to them on the field most of the time they wouldnt even say anythign back they wouldf just line right back up and go to the next play. that was the one team i had much respect for when i played. good luck to the eagles tonight i know yalkl will pull this one out....... oh yeah hey realgo how bout them blue raiders, im bout to head to knoxville her in about an hour, hope to see you there with your blue on...
