  1. Going to the Boro for the weekend...cheering for TC, want to see the Melrose band (hopefully they make it this year), and a gold ball for OR.
  2. I agree about coaches and $$. Coaching is not a profession to get in if you want to make money. I don't think they get paid near enough, but some ruin it for everyone. I usually defend coaches on here, but in this case, enough is enough. I just hope people will remember that he is an individual, and not indicative of the group as a whole.
  3. Sorry for the confusion, I was experiencing severe technical difficulties.
  4. I don't think many coaches use coachT for their own agenda. Administrators will interview candidates, not hire them based on message board posts. Most of the coaches I know don't have time to use these boards for their own gain anyway. Back to the topic at hand, the powers that be at BC were obviously snowed in this case, and the BC faithful have a bitter taste because of it.
  5. I was hoping Spencer could pull it out, but unfortunately there are no surprises in 5A. Riverdale wins again.
  6. The reason the next Bradley coach will have a rough time is because of John Allen. The people of BC thought they were getting a prince, when he was little more than a frog. getright: maybe you should meet some more coaches.
  7. After Friday, Temple may not want to go back to the playoffs. They won't have too much fun down on the creek bank.
  8. 5-A: Franklin County @ Riverdale (says it all right there!)
  9. Good Luck to the girls from Coffee County!! Go big RED!!
  10. Good luck Lady Raiders!! Bring home a victory.
  11. Way to go CC! Keep up the good work, and continued success.
  12. I am so happy to hear that Mark Fuller is a winner. Talk about a winner, he is one. I am glad he is having success after surgery. Keep up the good work. I want to see you Feb. 19, 2005.
  13. We all know that the administration and other powers that be have BC exactly where they want it. It seems like this was the plan all along when they opened Walker Valley. I think it would be wonderful if a fab coach would come in and rebuild the program at Bradley. I just don't see it happening. They might as well finish what was started and run it into the ground.
  14. I went to the game (with no ties to either school). Goodpasture just plain old out played Tyner. I will have to say that the officiating was pretty bad against Tyner, but I don't think it had any bearing on the outcome. Good luck in the next round.
  15. All three are great candidates for the award. I think it will be a very tight race. Congrats to all. The two that don't win will have no reason to hang their heads.
  16. Congrats to Jake (and all the Red Raiders) as he was announced as a Mr. Football finalist. Congrats to the entire Red Raider program as this is a huge boost, and a big credit to all.
  17. Thank you again. Trey: keep up the good work. Keep fighting the good fight. I also wanted to congratulate the Red Raiders for making it to the playoffs again this year. (Back to back...making history.) Don't let others discourage your success. You were one of 32 teams. Keep building on this success. Thank you Red Raiders for making those huge holes for Jake. His 2000 are your 2000.
  18. I would like to say thank you to the people of Coffee County. Thank you for supporting a whole new football program. Thank you for going to the games and making all the noise you could. Thank you for supporting the entire team. I am Jake Nunley's oldest sister and I appreciate all of you who have made my family feel so welcomed. Thank you for including my sister and me. Moving is never easy, and being away from your family isn't easy either, but knowing the other half of our family is in such a nice place with some of the greatest people you could ever meet makes it all worth it. Thank you for embracing my father as a football coach. Thank you for supporting my brother as a player. Thank you for bringing your jugs and cheering with us. I really have enjoyed the past two years. I hate to see it end. Keep up the good work. I look forward to seeing you again next year, jugs in hand. Thank you for letting this transplant feel like she's at home. I love the red raiders! Good luck next year...lets go to the playoffs and WIN next time. PS Thank you to Wingman10...you have united a whole community and I deeply appreciate that. Thanks to the CoachT faithful who have taken up for my brother relentlessly. It really means alot to me. It is very difficult to read hurtful things about my family and not reply in a negative way. Thank you for saying what I couldn't. Ashlee Nunley Waddle
