That would be epic. The last time South Pittsburg did that was actually against McKenzie in 2007. Coach Vic Grider did it as a tribute to his father Don who had passed away a few months before the season began.

He needs to turn in his picks for his Kraken bracket and before he can pick us, he wants to know the injury situation to our QB and to one of our best defensive players.

I lost Dyersburg, Dresden and Greeneville. I was on the fence with 2 of them.

I think he'll play. I don't know the extent of the injury so I don't know how effective he'll be. Even without him, we've got a good team. But taking him away takes a threat away allowing the rebels to focus on the run. Last night, Oliver Springs just pinned their ears back and keyed on the run. It worked too, until later in the have when we finally started wearing on them

It's not sand bagging this time. I don't know the extent of the injury, and I am sure that if he can stand on one foot then he will do whatever he can to be in the game. But the guy owns nearly every passing record in school history plus is one of our top rushers. So, his injury is a game changer. And one of our top defenders went out late as well. If he's hurt, then that will be huge as well. I do understand what you are saying about the mind games in the past, but this time it is real.

All of my dogs hunted this week. Too bad there were other dogs that I didn't pick that hunted too.
