trousdale is the favorite and should win however if the grundy team that beat sequoyah shows up vs the trousdale team that played jackson last week i pick grundy it will be close if trousdale does win it'll be no more than 2 touchdowns

if i'm not mistaken the guys that played football at sequoyah and smith county as freshman on varsity that are sr's now have played vs each other with a good smith team barely beating a weak chiefs squad.i think smith is the favorite but honestly i think the chiefs if they can pass will win the ball game but if not smith by no more than 2 touchdowns

i agree i blame the coaching you put someone in there like scott meadows and honestly maybe only the seymour game which with the right coaching they could have won and union is 9-1 or 10 and 0 and getting ready to beat a good kingston team.they had all the tallent none of the direction it's a shame too because teams like this don't come around often at union county

some great matchups i see could be scott county vs wartburg and another year for the upperman bowl since 2 teams from the portland region will be .500 and not in the playoffs i see maybe york vs cumberland county or livingston vs york or york vs portland you know

north east tennessee has good football but it's teams have a history of poor playoff performances in the past such as this year as the hampton region will no doubt get swept again

hey blue devil.just keep trying i mean look 4 teams of 10 made the playoffs last year in your region plus 2 others played each other in a bowl that's 6 teams with post season experience.i love you guys i live in knoxville it's pretty by you the people are nice and the town is too but teams like portland and trousdale have tradition people "want" to play football there where as jackson county has no tradition sadly so many kids there don't play also i think and no offense please but the other schools smith,livingston,trousdale,york,portland have more things to help their program like top notch weight room and all but keep trying i hope you break through.by the way i send off for your paper out there every now and then do you know if jackson county high puts out a football program to sell at the football games? i'd love to have some.thank you goooo blue devils!!!!

wartburg i heard is playing vs scott county in a bowl pending neither team going to the playoffs procedes going towards tornado victims

it won't matter though all teams are good scott,kingston or lenoir city won't beat seymour i understand though that scott will play wartburg in a bowl and york is playing lenoir city in a bowl after the regular season

cchs has blown it's best and only chance to ever make the state playoffs it hurts to see that it hurts to say that i wanted them to make it so bad maybe with a upset next week cchs can still make it!!!
