Any results from the 7 on 7? Who looked the best? Best QB, best WR?

Hawkpower has SS about sumed up. They have 3 or 4 guys back that has experience. #45 is one of the best FB in West Tenn. 2 starters back on the OL. 2 starters back on Def. They have to replace 9 starters on both side of the ball. Thats just to much talent to replace. I see them finshing 4th. place with a 5-5 record. 1. Lexington 8-2 (5-0) 2. fware 6-4 (3-2) 3. Bolivar 6-4 (3-2) 4 Jax SS 5-5 (3-2) 5.Mcnairy 5-5 (3-2) 6. Chester co. 3-7 (0-5)

The Giles fans were very supportive. The only thing I seen was rushing the field. But it was a big win so that understandable. You hit the nail on the head. It's got to be discouraging as a player to see over half the fans leave the game early in the 4th(after the int). I stayed for the whole game and cheered them for there hard work and a great season. Coaching! Hayes didn't make any adjustments. If A team is onside kicking every time put your hands team in. Sounds easy right? If a team is throwing all over the field on single coverage Might want to double team!! Congrads on the win. But if they coach and play like that this week they will lose. Go Hawks!

They mostly ran the ball against Bolivar. per Jacksonsun- 39 carries for 265 yards passing 3-8 51 yards one int. rushing( Dunavant 2-55 yards)(edgmon- 33-1772 td's) passing (dunavent 3-8 51 yards 1td 1 int) Score 27-12 Bolivar ran well on giles 155 yards so you would think SS can move the ball on the ground. I still say South Side will win with the running ball control off. But they won't beat DL if the Defense doesn't get any better.

If giles is a running team and can't pass much at all South Side wins by 14. If they can pass watch out could be an upset. South Side gave up 300 yards passing the Cheateam co. last night. Allmost lost them the game.

bulldog69 where is your team? Last year lexington lost to state runner up. Yes there dream ended but they had a great season(12-1) Do you ever have anything good to say or is it all trash! Don't bring that game up lol It's still a sore subject:( SS is a heavy fav. but this year they have something about them. It's hard to explain, you would have to see them play to understand. They just refuse to lose. They are a blue collar team. Tough Def. smash mouth running Offense. They're not just winning against "weak reg 6(cupcakes)" allmost every game this year it's 35-0 at halftime. If they played starters 4 quarter it would be 65-0 or more. They have held teams to less than 70 yards of total Off. 3 times and most of the yards came on 2nd team. I promise Jackson South Side isn't taking anyone lightly!! They respect everyone but fear none! Go Hawks

Jackson South Side will win big. 35-0. I will agree region 6 is down this year. I say JSS will me the only team to advance. SS is good enough to win state.

Now I know why you guys are called crazytown. bolivar is an improved team, but they are no match for South Side. It won't be close. I say 28-7 but it could get alot worse. say 42-13

I'm pulling for the cavs in this game. Cavs 28 Covington 13 good luck cavs! I thought JSS and Crockett co. would play in the 3rd round. Man if we both made the semi's that would be an awesome game.

Duckmax I hated to disagree with you but he's right. Hayes doesn't sub until late in the 4th in most games. The only game he played 2nd string after the first drive in the 2nd half was the Chester co. game. What he likes to do is work a few 2nd teamers in with the first team, until midway thru the 4th. Then he'll put in 2nd team. He's not trying to run the score up(most games he's running 2ndand 3rd RB/FB with the fist team Oline.) He doesn't like to get scored on is a big reason he doesn't sub all his Defense earlier. One kid has gotten hurt #66 broke leg in a 28 point lead early4th Quater. But when you are beating teams 40 -0 at halftime you still need your starters to get more work in than just 1/2 half. Hayes is doing a great Job at SS. Keep it up. Go Hawks!!

A dumb holding call is when a player 25 yards away from the play tackles a defender that has no chance to make the play. JCM would be alot better if the played under control. Just about every game they have 10 plus penalties for 100 plus yards. Just not smart football.

Hands down Forrest is. 1050 yards 16 tds thur 7 games. avgs 10 yards a carry

General you'll find out friday. They blow that horn every play. It can be a 2 yard run but to hear it they just scored the game winning td. It is against the tssaa rules for the band to play during plays. I would think it is also for a big fogg/train horn to blow.

Hogsett and Hardin has to catch him first. Mcnairl is awesome. If he is at full strength Hen co. will win by 14 or more. I've seen both play and Henry co. is alot better than JCM. Henery co. 28 JCM12
