  1. Yes, it's a private boys' day school on West End/Harding/whatever else the road's name changes to. MBA's Website
  2. nahh....189 is definitely D2... Marable = Wow
  3. I agree with The Name on the first two, but I'd say it's quite a stretch to put Demille in front of Simpson.
  4. CBHS was down by about 4 team points... I think. And this was in the 171 match, which was next to last. Ben Turk for MBA got a take-down and led by 1....and nearing the end there was an argued take-down call. One ref gave the CBHS guy the points before noticing that Turk still had a leg...then the points were taken away...and it just didn't go very well. People were unhappy. The CBHS coach just walked away with the team and forfeited 189. I'm not sure about his being thrown out or anything.
  5. Nagle may not be starting at 189, either. At the BA match a sophomore named Nicholas Jacques was starting. Is he the starter now or did they just not wrestle Nagle?
  6. Final: MBA 60 - BA 15 BA got 2 pins (one at 215 and one at 275...which were both very good matches...Barnes did take Forte down, but he was pinned), and there was also a 1 point victory in another weight class. Other than that MBA pretty much dominated.
  7. lol, way to catch the point. He was asking why the HECK Ken Massey would be biased.....because A. He runs a free site, so he's obviously not biased financially....and B. He's in VIRGINIA! He's not biased based on his location either.
  8. Second most balanced offensive attack. Please refer to MBAs numbers
  9. First of all...Mood....you're wrong. I AM current with Super 7 football, and MBAs players aren't recruited. Take a look at their coaches. As far as the rankings go....yes...MBA first....but no Lincoln County? They definitely deserve a top 5 spot.
  10. Anyone got Melrose/Hillsboro?
  11. Whether catching or blocking.....it's Tom Santi.

    Clinic Bowl

Please stop degrading this thread with negative aspects of the game..... both teams played with some pretty good class. Granted, some chants were a bit distasteful, but come on! It's not the opera, it's a high school football game. It's a part of the game. BA and MBA students are and were both great. As for parents, I don't know enough to comment.

    Clinic Bowl

HAHA! That's awesome....and I agree completely. Neither sign was really that offensive....lighten up! Both teams and fans were completely classy, and I'd like to congratulate both
  14. If not, they should be.

    BA-CBHS

They're absolutely bigger.... BA has the advantage of speed, but I don't see them being able to break much on these guys, they're HUGE!
  16. Definitely Tom Santi.... I'm sure ESPN would agree with this assertion. http://espn.go.com/recruiting/s/2004toptes.html
  17. I agree.... even though MBA, BA, and CBHS have had great matchups all year, I don't think any of them have prepared anyone for what's to come in the Clinic Bowl or the second round game between BA & CBHS. Those promise to be some of the best Tennessee football ever.... I can't wait. But as for the best, I'll have to take a Clinic Bowl game between BA and MBA with MBA pulling it out (anyone from BA that wants to prove me wrong, please do so!! )
  18. I also agree 100%, the T$$AA is completely sorry.
  19. It wasn't homecoming; Father Ryan was. Makes more sense now, huh? lol
  20. Well..... even if the clock wasn't out, there was a penalty. Even I as a BA fan have to agree that this win wasn't the kind that I had hoped for All that I can say is that I hope these two meet again in the Clinic Bowl with better officials in place.
  21. Do you have Comcast Sports Southeast? If so, the game will be on that station for anyone who wants to watch but can't make it to the game....or, in your case, if you live too far away
