Congrats to the Rebels! The best porformance by a High School team I've seen in a while. Antonio had some really great runs. I don't think anyone saw this coming, Central's turnovers hurt them greatly. We will probably see them again in the playoffs.

The only way the Bobcats could destroy Maryville's program was if they had an atomic bomb. Looking forward to a good game Friday.

I don't think Central will be able to handle Maryville. They lost to McCalie, and by what I 've heard McCalie is not as good as Maryville. I feel Maryville's defense will be able to do a good job stopping the offense, and I don' t beleive I can say the same about their defense stopping us, I'm not saying Central has a bad defence, because they don't. I don't know what it is, but its like a curse or something, Central just can't beat Maryville. Maryville:35 Central:21

Another good game for the Rebels! Cade had a good game again, and the running game was also good. Some easy catches were dropped and that will need to be worked on. Tank looked impressive in the 4th quarter. Hopefully Lawhorn dosen't have a tare, he is a great player!

I don't know if this one will be close as everyone thinks. Sure, Powell is big but then again they haven't played against a team like Maryville. I do think though this will be Maryville's toughest game this season. Hopefully Cade will be on fire again, RBs need to run well, and the defense puts on a good game. Maryville:28 Powell: 10

Good game for Maryville. Score did not indicate how much Maryville dominated. Cade again had a good game. Sophomores looked good. Seemed like the talk around where I was sitting, was about how the WB fans cheered like they scored a TD after something happens, that most people wouldn't get to exstatic about. I personnaly have never seen a crowd cheer that loud after they stop an RB for 5 yards. Which isn't a bad thing. If we all cheered like that all of the time, it would give the team a boost. Powell should be a tougher opponent next week.

I heard Cade has verbally commited to NC, I don't know if that is 100% true or not.

Maryville has way too much, true you can't overlook them, but I think Maryville is disciplined enough where they don't overlook a team. Maryville 45 WB 7.

Yep, that was a very impressive victory, if Maryville can play like that they can make it very far. I was impressed Maryville only made 1 turnover, considering the rainy conditions.

I stand corrected from my earlier post, I didn't realize schools had closed.

From what I understand the hardest won't come until later tonight, meaning after the football games are over. I don't think schools having the chance of being closed tomorrow effected their descision much, because in all likelyhood that won't happen (schools being closed). Even if it isn't raining as hard Friday night, it will be flooded. Would you rather play when it is raining, or when the water is up to your ankle?

I would like to comment on the splitting up the Football board issue. When I go into the football board I like to see it all, not just my teams classification. I personally don't want to have to get out of it, go into another, get out of it, go into another, etc. I think there sould be more emphasis on the Live Chat feature, there is never anyone in there. I think the plus members boards, should be moved up in front of the sports that aren't in season. We also need some more moderators in the Football room, I still am seeing too many things that need to be deleted. I don't think plus members should have to see the banners. Besides these minor things, this is a great website! Oh, and the coachT desktop thing, is great!
