The final score of the game was Maryville 27 Chatt. Central 9. But the thing that amazes me the most was how hard chatt. central fought. You guys kept it a close game until the last quarter. Yall have a great program, lots of talent, and a lot of class as well. A few players that impressed me was #2. (He has a tremendous amount of speed). Your quarterback was incredible. (He had tons of 6-7-8 and 9 yard gains). Your number 52 or 53, I cant remember the number, WAS HUGE! Neways, great game. If you had to go down, that was the way to do it. Great season. Bad news for Maryville. Antonio Byner's mother wants to move to Knoxville and have Byner attend Morristown East. Byner told all of us here at Maryville that he will live with a friend for his Senior year to play for Maryville. His mother, though, wants to move to knoxville. If this happens, Morristown East, yall will be getting a top-notch player.

Playing football at Maryville, means you can have no summers. Practice starts at 5:30 in the morning. Then you have it again later that day. I was playing WR.

I moved to Maryville 4 years ago from Albany, NY. Before Ny, I lived in Tuscaloosa, Alabama and im sorry to say, im a diehard tide fan. Right when I moved here, I loved it. Hey why dont you just shut your mouth buddy. Maryville does play competiton. Just because they are 4A doesnt mean they dont play anybody. Hillsboro, Knox Cnetral, Melrose, etc,. are all tough teams. They will be 5A in a couple years. I, and i think a couple of Maryville fans would agree with me, would love to play MBA. As for you, I say you need to go find a life and stop putting Maryville down because all you are doing is lookin like an idiot.

For maryville, there will be Cade Thompson and Antonio Byner. Andrew Clement will be one of knoxvilles best. This year so far he has 504 rec yards and 7 td's. Ryan Tallent will be an outstanding RB next year. Those are probably the top 4 offensive players from Maryville. Cade and Byner and Clement are top players in east tennessee. Ryan Tallent though is just a sophmore this year.

Maryville fans why do yall care what these people think about our football program. Some may say were not in the top 5 or even 10. But let them say that. We know were on a 36 game winning streak, 3 rings, and one of the best football coaches tennesee has seen and so do they. And most of us respect their football programs as well, and then they just put ours down. But thats okay they dont have what we have. And yeah you may say that we almost lost to central, but as REBELRON said, we were missing 4 starters, including Alex Rouse, a starting WR, they had home advantage, and Central prepared for this game since the day they started practice. So yall just keep sayin how overrated we are but look at the facts before you make yourself look like an idiot.

Okay i was at the game tonite and maryville had 2nd and 3rd string in within 2 mins. of the first quarter. Derrick Hunt, a freshman, went in and quarterbacked for Rouse. Tyler Maples and Ryan Reisser went in at reciever, also freshmen. Taka Koyano (freshman) went in to kick at the end of the first. And of course "Tank" (Adrian Baker), a freshman as well, went to running back. Some Clinton fans with no class ripped our sign of the fence supporting Ryan Headrick, causing a big comotion between the fans. Clinton didnt play that bad considering they were 0-10.

From what im hearing from the players and coaches, they will be pretty strong. On the boards, they are set with Will Joley, who is 6"4 as a freshman. Josh Allen, who is 6"3. Tyler Maples, Ryan Maples younger brother, will be a leading guard in East Tennesse. They have size, speed, and talent and could do some things down the road.
